Mindy: The only reason I gave 2 stars was because it was a young man on the floor helping, and a mannerable guard at the door. This place doesn't let you try on clothes at all (pre dating covid19 mind you). The women that work here are so nasty to you when asking questions. It's only like your job ma'ams. Then not only do they Not let you keep the hangers, the cashier balled up my clothes and threw them in the bag. I bought a tiara as well. Asked her to put it in a jewelry bag. She stated we don't have those, but we have these. It was a jewelry bag!!!!!Cashier/Operator: 0501 dh, term#: 002 store#: 00438Clothes are cheap and cute when you're trying to find something in a crunch! I may visit once a year. Every time nothing changes. These store always find the most busted women to work here who don't care about their job, their appearance, or the customers who shop here. Won't be back here next year at all.

Payne Tia Barksdale: My wife has always been a big fan of this H&M store location. But I never really saw the hype, it wasn’t until yesterday. When we were on one of our shopaholic sprees. My wife was trying to find a specific hoodie. I was looking for clothes to match a few pair of new sneakers , that I’ve gotten recently. I love that Tacarra saw that we needed help and immediately ask to assist. Just when we thought about leaving. She assure us , that what we were looking for was actually in the store. She showed us to different departments and level of the store and even tried on clothes we thought we couldn’t fit. Yesterday I got lucky because I literally found everything I was looking for and then some. I will be back soon. I love shopping at H&M now !

Philly Paul: The young fella in the blue cap wasn’t remotely interested with helping anyone and finally walked up to assist with register(line was getting long) but didn’t made it past one customer and didn’t appear to care. Thankfully another gentleman wearing glasses came up and was extremely professional. This pretty on par with Detroit since I’ve moved here, there doesn’t seem to be much of a desire to put in an extra effort. Puzzling.

Shanna Major: The 1 star is for the 2 or 3 dresses I liked. After this I'm done with the Highland Park MI store. I may try another location IF they are not like the emp. working today. I never liked a lot of shopping online, thanks to the "hawks" looking, staring, following me around today. Walked in and there wasn't a soul on the floor, all in front by the registers/kids area. Leaving out I spotted a short dark one trying to hide in the clorhes and the other left out 15 sec.after me. She could've took her break waaaaay before then. I'm almost 47 y.o. and the last person Rainbow has to worry about stealing an $8.00 dress w/ a sensor on it, in front of emp., AND H.P. Police Station next door. ...only in the ghetto.

Flavia Mroue: This store is the worse store in town on top of the policy, it does not make any sense the customer service and there is the most rudest I ever had experience in my life that store Manager that walk around. Always with her pyjamas on. is so disrespectful and rude the way she speak to the client, is horrible the other employer that sit with her all the time who’s learning from her is worse, it is so sad for a big company like that to have such a bad customer service employee and rude No professionalism . I have been there twice to return something and I had unpleasant experiences both times.1st incident: I went to return few items bought online. I saw a sign that says belt 2/$10. I grab 2 belts and give to the cashier. So the price did not reflect what the sign said so as I was explaining to the cashier and asked her to go see the sign, another employee jumped in without even letting me finish and she angrily said there’s no belt at this store that cost 2 for $10. Then she went there to check and saw that there are truly some belts that are priced 2 for $10 but the two I have are not included. She did not apologize.2nd incident: Again I went to return something I bought online. I was at the door at almost 6pm. They locked their door saying that they are closing early because it was supposed to snow at night. An employee from Arab decent was holding the door and explaining to me in a kind way but another African American employee ran to the door and close the door very quickly and in a rude, told me they were closed. That was more than 1hr before there closing time. She did not explain nothing to me like the other lady did. I have no intention of going to that store again.

I watched as I shopped each customer that politely requested and waited for assistance to purchase their items and everytime each girl at the register had an attitude.
