Raven W: I came her looking for a specific shoe. There is no one on the floor to greet you or assist you. I had to wait in line to speak with the cashier to see if she could look up the shoe. The cashier was helpful. The male manager has a nasty attitude. I’ll go to another location.

I called the store and spoke to a manager who was kinda rude. Well ma’am, per Michigan’s Consumer Law, you owe me. #GOTITAlso, if you order shoes online DELIVER THEM TO YOUR HOME! I have had my shoes, that I PAID FOR STOLEN and my bonus bags taken as well! Thee absolute worst store DSW has!🤢🤢🤢🤢

Mindy: The only reason I gave 2 stars was because it was a young man on the floor helping, and a mannerable guard at the door. This place doesn't let you try on clothes at all (pre dating covid19 mind you). The women that work here are so nasty to you when asking questions. It's only like your job ma'ams. Then not only do they Not let you keep the hangers, the cashier balled up my clothes and threw them in the bag. I bought a tiara as well. Asked her to put it in a jewelry bag. She stated we don't have those, but we have these. It was a jewelry bag!!!!!Cashier/Operator: 0501 dh, term#: 002 store#: 00438Clothes are cheap and cute when you're trying to find something in a crunch! I may visit once a year. Every time nothing changes. These store always find the most busted women to work here who don't care about their job, their appearance, or the customers who shop here. Won't be back here next year at all.
