Joan Knox: This is my favorite location, the ladies on staff here are the greatest. I hate shopping, but, they made it a wonderful experience and it's a joy to receive good old fashioned customers service and they seem to enjoy doing so. Nikki J: The staff is extremely rude. They act as if the check out process isn't their actual job. I watched as I shopped each customer that politely requested and waited for assistance to purchase their items and everytime each girl at the register had an attitude. When it was finally time for me to checkout I made an attempt to be overly polite, still the same rudeness and attitude. Not to mention today I have to go back bc they left one of the security tags in my dress. I will not plan to return to this location after this. Poor attitudes and poor service 😒

Melvina Roundtree: Found 2 dresses, gym shoes, a gown, and more. I didn't go to shop for self but I did. I went with a friend to look for a dress for a wedding. She didn't find anything. We are going back soon

Gavriel Ross: When my wife and i first walked into the store, we were overwhelmed with strong and mixed perfume scents. It was terrible. Once we got past that, we asked a store employee for directions through the store. Two had no idea about the layout. Once we got where we were going, the folks there obviously hated their job. They were more than just rude. Probably because this particular person was upset that we had to take her away from her screen. Also very over priced. We went to another store and found the exact same brands for less.

Mo Mery: Staff is fairly nice and place is well kept up with the amount of customers that come through this place. A lot to choose from.
A Foundational Black American Man: A typical Macy's shopping experience. A tab bit pricier than JCP. And a little more upscale in appearance. Alsi, a tad bit less crowded at the checkout counters on any given day from my experience.

Mindy: The only reason I gave 2 stars was because it was a young man on the floor helping, and a mannerable guard at the door. This place doesn't let you try on clothes at all (pre dating covid19 mind you). The women that work here are so nasty to you when asking questions. It's only like your job ma'ams. Then not only do they Not let you keep the hangers, the cashier balled up my clothes and threw them in the bag. I bought a tiara as well. Asked her to put it in a jewelry bag. She stated we don't have those, but we have these. It was a jewelry bag!!!!!Cashier/Operator: 0501 dh, term#: 002 store#: 00438Clothes are cheap and cute when you're trying to find something in a crunch! I may visit once a year. Every time nothing changes. These store always find the most busted women to work here who don't care about their job, their appearance, or the customers who shop here. Won't be back here next year at all.
