They have the best brand of suitcases, and you either want that or don’t. I guess they have other nice office desk gifts and bags, but it’s a fancy luggage store. Everyone was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. No complaints.

Jul Stephens: I had hunted for weeks for a specific color, style and size of luggage to go with our existing set(s). I found one online at London Luggage. After my online purchase, London Luggage followed up very quickly to let me know that there was a newer (better) version. When I said I wanted the older version, they provided the luggage at an even better price point!! They were very nice and I received it (across the country) very quickly. Disguy Iknow: I've driven past this Woodward Avenue landmark fir the better part of my life and never had the occasion to visit until 2 weeks ago when i wanted to pick up a new vanity bag and another packing cube for an upcoming trip that did not afford enough time to order online. They have a large showroom that overshadowed the inventory but a good amount of their stock is in the massive back stock area. Pricing was tolerable and the sales clerk helpful i will give them more busy in hopes tussy they can keep their doors open and preserve their landmark status.

K R: I spoke with Cindy here requesting help to find either of the luggage bags in which I was interested. She put me on a waitlist because the bag was sold out. As soon as it was available (not even in the store but somewhere in the country), not only did she call to tell me it was available but she had already spoken with the associate there so that the transition was smooth for me. Then she did not stop there. She called me when the other luggage bag was available too and helped me get that one as well. These stars are so well deserved for her service that was just above and beyond what I hoped for. Thank you Cindy!

Mr&Mrs Mccoy: Today I went to the Tumi Store in Somerset Collection to have my bag monogrammed. From the moment I walked in the customer service was crappy. While looking for monograms I asked if a dash - could be placed between 2 letters. Cindy replies no. Only letters can be put on there but clearly there’s a monogram example of special characters and emoji’s that you could choose from (very interesting). Ok no problem, I just picked something different. Well once my bag was monogrammed, as I was getting ready to walk out of the store my daughter noticed that the shopping bag had a huge tear on the side. So I turned to the lady that helped me (Cindy) simply asked if I could get another shopping bag cause the 1 I had was obviously about to rip completely open. Her reply and I quote “WE DON’T GIVE BAGS TO THE OUTLET”. This bugged me because what you’re telling me is that people who purchase from the outlet stores are not worthy of good customer service and a shopping bag that won’t rip open. What you’re saying is even though your shopping bag says Tumi it’s not the same quality and therefore you can not have a shopping bag from the Better of the 2 stores. You would rather send your customer out of the store with a big tear on the bag that says Tumi regardless of which store it was purchased at. When I left the store the bag I purchased and the shopping bag it was in represents The store not the location. Cindy has very very poor customer service and I would never spend a dollar at that store because of it. I would prefer to go back to the 2nd hand “low class” Tumi store any day because the lady that helped me there was amazing! If you go to this location avoid spending your money with Cindy!!!! By the time I made it back to my vehicle the bag ripped completely open and my purchased bag dropped on the ground!

Aaron Bennett: Tumi is a great store and a great brand I have had the same laptop bag for my entire career it had a tracking number and so it can be returned if lost and it is very durable. My wife purchased me a wallet from Tumi which wore out and they gave me a new one with my initials free which was really great. They stand by their products and all of them are very highly engineered. They definitely make the best luggage out there in terms of functionality and I wish I could afford the whole blue Camo set that they did have before Christmas I am unsure if it is a line they still sell.
