mia scott: POOR SERVICE, I’ve been coming to this location for over 7 years for smoothies in particular. Ever since the reconstruction of the smoothie bar, everything about this location have went down hill. I’ve been trying to avoid writing a review based off my loyalty to this location. Today I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!Went to the smoothie station, after being told they close strictly at 3:00 - 3:30. I was online at 2:25 ish . (There was a lady with a disable son in front of me) The host at the bar, finished up the lady in front of the lady with disabled son and stopped us both and said , “Sorry We closed” I looked at the lady, she looked at me and we looked at the host. Then I doubled checked the time, like it’s NO WAY y’all are closed.She the goes to say, how, she has to go on break and when it’s time to come back, she has to leave.I’m just sickly sick of this location and will NEVER return.Let’s not talk about the supervisor that, seen me at customer service and didn’t even greet me.Oh let’s not also talk about these organic but GMO- Products. Just simple DONE!

Today they gave one of my items to another customer. The only ones that do an awesome job are the maintenance man that mops in the morning. The blonde lady that’s usually stocking, she always greet you with a smile, and the security guard which you can also catch stocking at times. You three keep up the great work. Those kids need to be replaced!!

G Pa: Truly don’t know how this store has 4 stars. Terrible customer service. Young cashiers are always rude with a nasty attitude. Bring ya boxing gloves cause you gone need em chile. Anywho, they take advantage of the folks in the neighborhood who have no other choice but to shop there with their outrageous prices and most of the time spoiled meat. The ceiling is literally caving in leaking disgusting contaminated water everywhere. Matter fact, the whole building is hanging on by a thread. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Keisha W: Would give zero stars if I could. This location is charging a deposit for Faygo juice products. It's not about 10 cent, it's the prinicipal!! Everybody knows, that for juice products there is no deposit. Also; instead of the employee trying to resolve my issue, he gonna argue with me and tell me that juice products from Faygo, does have a deposit. Just imagine how much extra money this store is receiving by knowing that their system is charging customers an extra 10 cents for Faygo juice products. Food is too expensive to be cheated!! Maybe Dana Nessel needs to investigate

M S: This store is under new management . According to the sign. I have not been in this store yet. But before new management it was not a good place to go shopping for anything. Word of advice for all if you walk into any grocery store and it has a smell walk right back out especially a neighborhood store.

Love Always: I Will NEVER shop at this store again, I was in there shopping one morning and then I seen Two very Large RATS run across the floor. I immediately told one of the workers and they just laughed and asked which way did they go.🤔 I left the grocery buggy in the middle of the store and left. Wide selection of brands and prices are a bit fair, especially for a neighborhood market. Has a very nice stand that sells fragrance oils and Shea butter (I think it's garden of eden; They also have a location in tower center mall) this used to be Foodland for those who are familiar.

David Legg: Royal Fresh is a great neighborhood grocery. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there is seldom a line at the checkout, because they always have enough lanes open for the number of shoppers. I love the fact that their location is right in my neighborhood, and I have done almost all of my shopping there during the pandemic. Update Nov. 2022: I still shop at Royal Fresh regularly. The have expanded their selection a bit, which I appreciate. I have noticed this change in the dairy, bread, and snack food departments.
