I left so many messages with other pool companies before finding Peerless, and either they didn't want to help us or they didn't bother calling us back. Peerless called back right away, was out the very next day and helped us with our swimming pool. We then needed a part replaced in the pump, which he took care of within a couple of days! WE ARE SO HAPPY with Peerless Pools and won't go anywhere else! :-)

I made an appointment two months in advance for them to open my pool, but they cancelled on me the day before the scheduled date. This was incredibly frustrating, as I had been looking forward to using my pool and had made plans around the scheduled appointment.Not only did the cancellation inconvenience me, but the company did not offer any alternatives or solutions to help rectify the situation. Their lack of communication and disregard for my time and needs was unacceptable.I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of pool services, as their unreliability and lack of professionalism left me feeling extremely dissatisfied.

Although we have been extremely pleased with the service and value, I felt obligated to share our experience publicly this week.Upon our opening this past Monday our pump motor bearings immediately went out. EP understood the impact to our enjoyment due to a late opening and mechanical failure. They offered every solution possible to get the pump back running.As of this afternoon (only 3 days from failure) we had a pump motor ordered, next day aired and professionally installed. Water is circulating again and clearing up by the minute. The family event we had scheduled for tomorrow will now not have any very disappointed 8-10 year olds!We appreciate everything they do to ensure our family enjoys the investment we have made in our backyard.I would highly recommend their services. Susan White: This company was not knowledgeable enough or didn't really care about their jobs. I had hired them to open my pool and let me know what needed to be done since I purchased this house in the winter. The pool needed to have the gunite redone since it was 30 years old, also the tile around the top of the pool was half off. The pool needed to be structurally tested. None of these issues were relayed to me. After having Executive pools open it the second year ( a terrible job opening) I decided to get a second opinion. We had the pool drained and properly addressed the issues with a different company. I am a happy pool owner now.

Christina was a delight to work with and the the fact that she could get me into the cleaning schedule for the following day sort of blew me away. When I left for work my pool was milky and slightly green. Quite horrible timing with a birthday party scheduled for Saturday. When I returned home, after the service call, I headed straight for the pool and stopped in my tracks when I realized I was looking at crystal clear water. I cannot believe their team balanced the pool so perfectly and so quickly.Our next order of business is taking the class they offer on how to properly maintain our pool. They teach it in our backyard with our pool. If you cannot already tell, I am a new pool owner this year and knowing these services are out there makes me a lot more confident in my investment. Knowing that I can learn all about the investment with a team of really cool people makes it fun. Which is really the whole point of owning a pool, right?

Mortgage 1 Inc: They came out multiple times for my heater. I was very clear to the person scheduling I was not going to pay anything again I just needed the heater situation fixed. They quoted a whole new problem and sent me a bill for $95. I told them I was not paying the bill and I needed some time to figure out how many times they had been out and not fixed the problem. They then left a nasty threatening voicemail because I wasn't prepared to take the call at the time. Never a good idea to threaten a woman over $95.00. I would recommend you avoid them at all costs.

saul forman: This is a family small, family style pool repair company that has cared for our back yard pool for many years. We enjoy their quality work and caring support staff. I am not in agreement with some of the other reviewers who down rated them when they sent a contract out for work before completion. This company can be left alone to manage and correct any problems with out my supervision. On a personal level we feel very comfortable having them come to our home.

David made repeated trips out to clean the debris and check on the pool, and helped remedy an issue with the power consumption. Despite the additional work and time involved, he didn't charge anything extra above the normal pool opening fees (which are very competitive).The entire staff is always polite and responsive, remembering who you are and treating you like a valued customer. A couple times I had to travel for business unexpectedly, and they were able to work me into their pool maintenance schedule on the days I requested.Pristine Pool will keep an eye out for potential upcoming maintenance before it becomes an issue, and are honest about how long before an item really needs to be replaced or repaired.I give them my highest recommendation, and thank them for the excellent service they provide at very competitive prices.
