Dan Royal: Tried to charge me $900 for a new phone. Called TMobile directly and got the same service for $600. Staff in this store are crooks, you can't trust anything they say.

Janel Johnson: If you are a young person and are used to dealing with technology, great, go to this store. If you are trying to help an older parent or relative make a change, do not send them to this store. The reps in this store are not adept to dealing with an aging customer. Customers of a certain age need everything to be made plain. Any charges need to be explained up front. And do not try to upsell them. This store is strictly for someone who knows how to speak Sprint's language. This may not be relevant for everyone, but their customer service style made for a very frustrating experience for my mom and I.

Dave Amer: First off, talk about fantastic service! These guys know their stuff hands down. Daniel was the salesman that helped me and got me squared away. Today was the first time I've done business with this store. Went in for an upgrade for the Verizon promotion where they buy back an eligible phone towards an upgrade. Had the 12 pro max and left with the 14 pro max. The entire process was literally seamless due to the excellent services of Daniel. He was very professional, friendly and made sure everything was set for me. Matter of fact every time I've come here for anything I've left a happy customer. I'm rarely this impressed with exceptional service so I look forward to being a future and recurring customer! Hope this helps anyone as I don't toss around such credit without serious being impressed.
Sal Omar: The customer service is absolutely horrible.They don’t take care of customers by order .I went there to add a new line to my account. After waiting for more than an hour they told me that they don’t have a chip to add me a new line. She could of told me that when she checked me in and asked me What I was there for. VERIZON! BECAUSE OF THE ALLEN PARK LOCATION I WILL SWITCH MY 3 LINES TO A DIFFERENT CARRIER.

Shantelle Alane: Maaaan soon much trouble with my account the staff didn't know that only new phones got signatures and they bickerd back and forth about it didn't have proper service waited an hour to be seen and an hour to figure stuff out. Then 13 days to get a replacement phone and it still wasn't the problem so I didn't need to go through all that. Just needed a good smart technician
Ethan Best: Verizon employees, Ryan & Lee, are the only two on the floor helping customers. There were other employees but they went to the back. There are 6 customers, and 3 are being helped. *Another customer is being helped, that employee has left for long periods of time and name tag isn't visible.One customer came in to get the password/pass code removed, we are jere to pay our final Verizon bill. We understand why this Verizon store has received bad reviews. We came here last week, while still Verizon customers, to what options we had to change our plan...we left unsatisfied. We went to TMOBILE and glad we made the change. We hope everyone gets quicker. Ryan was EXTREMELY HELPFUL

Lynette Holliday: I am giving the stars for this location and the staff. Alan was very helpful. I do not have the best experience with the major carriers of any of these expensive services. The wait was long because of the carriers process, but during the wait, the staff was pleasant. They were also knowledgeable and professional. The store was clean. Despite a couple of unpleasant customers, the staff maintained a pleasant atmosphere. Would go back to this location again.

Rosalind Hardeman: Went in the store three times . First two times was not even acknowledged. Went in a trip time was greater. I told the associate that the ONLY reason I purchased the item need was because my car was being towed to the dealers. I will never go there again.
Jenee Moore: I came in to just pay off a balance. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, it almost as if they hated every time the door opened. The two reps worked with the same 2 customers for an hour and had a lobby full of people waiting instead of trying to multitask. It was really disgusting. If you have a customer who is loading a phone with phone numbers, you can’t take a payment really quick? It’s literally 5 people just standing around, no updates on when we’re being helped or anything. I felt like I was ruining there day by trying to pay my bill. I will never step foot on this horrible location again.

Caleb: Devonte (hope i'm spelling that right) answered every question I had over the phone regarding their mobile hotspots and their data only plans. I came in and Chris set me up and talked me into buying the hotspot. Then, when I had technical issues, and 30 minutes on the phone with T-Mobile Tech support got me absolutely no where, I called up here and Jasmine had my problem resolved in less than 5 minutes. Fantastic team there.
Chalmus Mckinstry: No stars for T mobile today they drop the ball sent me a replacement phone for the phone they sent to replace the broken one the one they sent was broken so they sent me another one wan me to pay 5 dollars which I shouldn't have to pay because they sent the broken phone if they would have sent me a working phone I wouldn't be in this predicament
Crystal House: The manager Leo and customer service representative India was extremely helpful during my visit. From the moment I walked in, Leo was energetic, welcoming, comical, and kept a positive and vibrant demeanor the entire time (even though he received.a negative phone call). This was a ruff day for me since my phone was water damaged. However, Leo helped lift my spirits. I also watched him use the same energy with all of the other customers who entered. This would encourage me to send all of my friends and families to this particular store. Thank you all for a great customer service.

She made the process extremely seamless unless AT&T bounced us all over customer care trying to get my number switched… I am so happy to make the switch, and I couldn’t think of anyone else better to help me out! I highly recommend giving her a call if you are in the need of switching services !!
