Gabe Gilleland: I always have negative experiences with this Taco Bell (slow service, bad quality food, messing up order, always out of stuff) but today I had a particularly bad experience. There was a line around dinner time and I ordered two tacos. After waiting for like 15 minutes I got my food and I was missing a taco. I told the guy who rung me up but then the lady who must've been the shift manager said I wasn't charged for it, it would have to be rung up and I said okay. Then the lady told the cashier "do not ring him up now he ain't cutting" Even though the taco was part of my original order and he just didn't ring it up. Before I could even say a word they went into the back and the cashier and manager were arguing about not ringing me up, the cashier not wanting to do it or something. They were literally doing nothing but arguing for 5 minutes, wasting everyone in line's time. Eventually another lady came from the back and just rung me up while they were arguing. I appreciate the other lady who came out, and I could forgive the cashier for making a mistake, but that manager lady was rude as hell!

Bee: Pulled up to the drive though almost a full hour before they closed, was ignored by all staff members at the speaker and window. Called the store only for them to hang up on me 3 times then unplug their phone. I work evenings and understand it sucks to be at work until 2am, but I work until 1 am and need to eat, too. Ridiculous.
Scott Neal: This place is a joke. Employees close the dining area 2 hours before their posted closing time. And when the staff do feel like working, it takes longer to get your food here than a sit down restaurant.

Chase Gildersleeve: Ordered from this location off DoorDash at 12:02am, per the DoorDash hours as well as the hours for the location on the Taco Bell website. The order was confirmed and did not receive a cancellation for my order until 30 min later with no further explanation besides "the location could not fullfil it." Unsure if this was a DoorDash issue or location issue, I reordered at 12:57am, my ordered was again confirmed by this location, and took another 20 min for the driver to text me and say that the location is closed and they could not pick up my order.I'm coming home late from out of town and was hoping to snag something to eat (well before) the locations actual closing time. Shannon McRae: Give ZERO if I could!! They always complain about being short staffed, close their lobby early which screws everybody doing Doordash. You can sit in their drive thru line for almost an hour and not move. Maybe if the managers knew how to schedule for weekends (this is like the 3rd or 4th weekend in a row I've had this problem. If it wouldn't hurt my Doordash ratings I'd boycott this location all together!) and people did their job instead of screwing around in the back service would improve. Ridiculous!

The food was not hot and the portion size was terrible for 24.57 on 2 meals. They were higher than me as I told them only the drive thru is open and I was before the last person that just drove away. He said he was giving me an extra taco which sounded fishy anyways but I took it as they were righting their wrongs. Anyways I get home, no sauce in the bag because the sauces were in the other 2 bags she tries to hand me. 2 of the tacos had chicken in them and one had potatoes, like whaaaaaat? This was at 1am I mean they were all over the place. Very very very bad service. Eat here only if it's your last resort and you're literally going to starve if you don't eat from here. Gavriel Ross: Usually, but not always, when I order a burrito and the twelve pack of taco's, (which I received a surcharge for because I wanted half of the tacos to be soft), I don't receive the burrito, and then have to go drive back for the burrito that wasn't there, but was still charged for. When at the drive-thru, and I'm asked what type of sauce I would like, I only get what they decide to give me, and not what I had asked for, unless I ask them at the window for the correct condiments. As for the food, same typical fast food temperature, which means room temperature, not actually hot. The reason why I didn't give less stars is because they can handle a long line somewhat decently.

Alexandra: Went with my son and my sister's boyfriend to get dinner for the family. They got an attitude when we asked for our cups for our drinks and tried to upcharge me because my son had a freeze, even though I had already ordered--and paid--on the kiosk. Don't order the cheese roll ups for your kids either unless they like super spicy food. My kids mouths are burning and if you try and call the number listed it just hangs up on you. Im sorry why you wearing a head set and still at work. We watched from across the street most the night they didnt serve anyone . How does a company allow employees to do this ?
