Missy Roth: This office is grossly understaffed and it is almost impossible to get a hold of a person. Every time I call I have to sit on hold for 30 minutes only for their phone system to disconnect me. This office really needs to have more people working there to help people!

latonya brown: I was referred to this tax service by a friend. I provided the tax person my tax information for a few years back in January 2020. It took him almost 7 months to finally provide paperwork on my returns. After months of waiting, I called the iRS and was told they was rejected. After several weeks of leaving messages he stated he would make the correction. It’s November 2020 and there is still no record on file at the IRS regarding my 2018 or 2019 taxes. The service is horrible.

Robert Flannery: I made an appointment to drop off my tax info For April 6, and it said the drop off site was at southwest NTC. When i looked at the list of drop off sites, there was nothing named southwest NTC. Please help. I need the address for this drop off site.
Claudine Payne: No matter how many times you complete the questions or even change your answers, the website keeps responding that you don't qualify. They should have someone st esch location, behind glass for covid, that can let you arrange a drop off of your taxes & complete intake questions. We won't be able to get our taxes done until August at this rate.
Lynda McIntyre: I have been calling to make an appointment for 3 weeks one minute after the phone lines open and everyday the automation tells me the lines are all full. That is impossible when I call one minute after the phones open "EVERYDAY" and it stays that way all day. Whoever is answering the phones there are not doing their job.

epic infants: unprofessional, with poor service. I trusted them to prepare my business tax return, They made an error which caused me to owe taxes. I went to them to avoid having tax trouble. When I brought the error to their attention they refused to fix error, stating it was my responsibility. However they are the professionals. I suggest you take your services elsewhere. They basically told me that they didn't care and wished me well. Take your business elsewhere. In the process of filing a formal complaint.
