They changed their standard technique, which I loved but their revised technique is fine. But I visited this place yesterday to receive a full hour massage and there was no one at the counter. I waited for a good 15-20 min until someone finally came out. The lady was absolutely horrible. I have a bad back and get massages frequently to ease my pain. I did not feel relaxed the entire time I was getting a massage. It felt like she was just rubbing her hands on my back; no pressure at all. Her technique was horrible and patchy. I never felt relieved or relaxed while there and still have the same pain as I did before I went, if not worse. It’s sad how much I used to love this place before and will likely never bother going back now. Once you lose the quality, there’s nothing special about you and you become just another run down thai massage establishment.

Liz Skelton: I had an honestly traumatizing experience here. I do not believe my massage therapist was in any way trained or licensed. I've been getting massages for several years from many different places, and I have never experienced anything as painful or violating as this. If I hadn't been in such a state of shock over what happened I would have left after less than 10 minutes.The massage started with my feet being rubbed down with a wet cloth, which was odd, but I was dealing with severe back pain so I tried to keep an open mind. The next thing that happened was the woman giving me the massage climbed on top of me, on her hands and knees. I was absolutely shocked. She gave no warning or indication about what she was going to do, and she did not ask if I was okay with her climbing onto me, which I absolutely was not. I specifically did not book their Thai massage option, so even if that is a normal part of Thai massage, I did not request that service.The rest of the massage was extremely rough. The woman put her full body weight on me while using her elbow, and spent the rest of the massage either applying little to no pressure, or agonizing amounts to the point that I think I'm going to have bruises. At one point, when using hot stones, she left one in the crevice of my buttocks, which was extremely unsettling. At multiple points she rubbed me down with wet washcloths, which left me shivering and damp. When the massage was over she left me in the dark and I had to feel my way across the room to find the light.I am speechless over this experience. I wish I would have complained when I was there and refused to pay, but I was honestly completely aghast at what I experienced and I wanted to leave as quickly as possible.

When we explained this was our first visit, and we were hoping to get an intro, the massage therapists said okay…but one was never received.We added on salt therapy. We were walked to the room and then not told what to do once our time was up. We just left the room and headed to the front desk when the machine turned off.The overall experience could be improved with a welcome and asking if folks have been in before and know what to expect.

But the worst part about her is that she applies pressure fit for an infant. And if you tell her to apply more pressure she understands and says she will but does nothing different. A very frail young girl who shouldn't give massages to adults.

It was a full hour! Her use of pressure was exactly what I asked for and she even could tell sore areas where she took special care not to make me tense up. I have decided I’m going to make this a monthly treat for myself and already booked again with Anne for the end of the month.The location is great and there is metered parking right in front. The reception area is welcoming and relaxing. They have a ton of rooms which makes me feel like they see a lot of clients which is a good sign. Some places only have one or two rooms and bookings are hard to get. I like I can schedule online too which makes things easier. I really recommend this place!!!!

I’ve suffered from chronic back pain and sciatica for years, and this is the best I’ve ever felt. I went from an 8 on the pain scale most days to now a bad day is a 3. I sleep better and have a better quality of life because of Kelly and Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy. But all the therapists are amazing, highly recommend!

Brad was attentive to my request and performed miracles on my back with a deep tissue massage that seemed tweaked for my injury and included stretches and other treatments I have never had before. Since that session, I've had no pain or soreness. The second time was a more standard deep tissue (or what I'm used to), but was no less disappointing. He has great hands and is exceptional at his craft. I will be back.

I expressed areas of intense pain in my upper and lower back and shoulders but that was not addressed at all. It was just my skin being rubbed with very very minimal oil to the point her hands were getting caught on my skin and that was painful. It wasn't a great expereince.
