Matty Roberts: I have always received excellent service from Page Toyota. I drive 12 miles further than the closest Toyota Dealership because of the quality expectations I have of Toyota. That is all I’ve driven for the last 30+ year’s .My only complaint is the cost of routine maintenance. There is no reason why every time you visit, you get hit w/ outrageous estimates. Always over $1,000. After eliminating some of what is suppose to be routine, I can get out of there around $800( which is still ridiculous).. I suppose this is why others eventually decide to go to local service stores, to keep cost affordable.

Rafael Vieira: The front staff is nice, but their schedule system sucks. I got there at 7:30am and was second in line, but after i entered their garage area and parked my vehicle there were 20+ people/cars behind me already. A nightmare...everyone multitasking and not able to fully listen to your concerns and comments about your car (or if they do they won't actually have time to go through them anyways). It's like a production line where if you stop you get ran over. I mentioned that, since new, my rear left tire was losing pressure twice a month, and when they returned my car it said that they "didn't find any puncture", so the issue was not fixed. Also, I have many reasons to believe that they never rotated the tires as they were supposed to for my 5k mile service. The lower tire remains in the rear left spot. Anyway, not a car wash, didn't fix my tire concern, probably never rotated the tires....it was just a waste of time for me. I'll look for another Toyota dealership for my next service.

I remember this process taking better part of a week or at least several days. This was done in a matter of hours. Scary how easy it is to buy a car.Update 06/01/23George made it so easy for me I came back and bought another car from Suburban Toyota.
Brooklin Cox: I bought a Ford Fusion about a month ago, and the engine is completely blown. They did not seem happy to help me at all and I now have to buy a $7,000 engine on top of a $10,000 car. I feel that they just want to get the cars out of their dealership. I didn’t receive much help when taking the car back, and they weren’t even able to print me a report of what they “fixed”. Have had nothing but problems with the car since purchasing it. It’s been a shame, as I am a Freshman in college and just needed a reliable car.

Kevin Weltzin: We bought a CPO sienna from George in Dec of 2022. We love the car and our buying experience from him was one of the best I’ve had to date. Unfortunately I cannot say the rest of the dealership is something I’d recommend or even go back to. The night we bought the car we got pushed to finish financing it that night, we were more than happy to come back the next day (we had to anyway to drop off the second set of keys). Kelvin (the finance manager) was visibly annoyed of working later and that our child was getting fussy after being at the dealer for multiple hours. Once the dust had settled with the new car we noticed a few things that were wrong during the buying process that should have been checked during the CPO process and are directly called out in the Toyota check (‘missing seat belt parts, missing trim, 12v system not working, car not cleaned and seats not actuated). It took me 4 trips to get the items corrected and even when I received it back a piece of trim had been removed by accident and not replaced.Sales (George) 5/5Finance (Kelvin) 1/5Service/Parts 0/5Overall: 2/5 likely won’t return
Mamadou Barry: I’ve been to this dealership twice so far and I honestly wish I read the reviews about their service prior to going here. Both times I’ve went in for issues that they were not able to resolve, luckily the first time I wasn’t charged because the car is still under warranty. I went in today to fix the alignment on my car and after waiting for several hours the car is still having issues with the alignment. These people may seem kind but they’re very shady and have bad business ethics. I’ve seen them do this with other customers as well where they’ll “fix” one or two issues and then proceed to tell you that there’s something else wrong with the car that they couldn’t fix. They’re also not upfront about their prices - beware of going to this place for service

Tanjibul Hasan: I would recommend everyone not to go there for servicing on Fridays. Because they rush to get the job done, skip lot of works, and don't work properly. I have purchased the package for three oil change, six tire rotation, and six car wash for $179. They just changed the engine oil but they didn't rotate the tires and neither washed the car. When I asked about them regarding car wash, they started to explain things that doesn't make sense. I have been taking my SUV there since 2021. They washed my SUV despite of the dent all along, but this time they were asking me to fix the dent. Also the person recommended me to take my SUV to Suburban collision shop. When I asked them why they washed my SUV before for so many times, I didn't get a good answer. The service advisor just denied the fact that they didn't rotate the tires.The service advisor Richard sarcastically asked me to fix the dent and then he will wash my SUV.Is that how you treats your customers?He was awful on the phone call and didn't wanted to accept any of the fact rather keep saying same thing again and again.The service advisors are not at all friendly and don't want to help. Probably they are under paid and don't care about customers. I had terrible experience regarding my vehicle service and will think twice before going their again.Overall experience is just awful!!!

Went to service desk about hour later to inquire of status and i could see my vehicle just being brought in and to be put on hoist. Service was completed about half hour later. So 1 1/2 hours at dealershipSpoke with service mgr and expressed disappointment in service and how long it took. I missed another appointment because of it.Dealership could do better job of communicating with customers. If they will not be able to perform service on time, when customers have appointments, they should let them know. They knew they were running behind. I could have rescheduled the tire rotation for another day.

Xie Matthew: Came to the dealership today for a view of a 2021 ‘BMW Supra’ as a BMW owner have owned several M cars.The car looks nice and in a very good condition. However, when asked for a test drive I was told this car is not allowed to be test driven. I asked the reason if it was not ready as it’s due for maintenance(how ironic I was to find excuses for them). The sales answered impatiently as if to kick us out: because the car is too expensive at price above $79k, you can’t test drive unless you buy it.Really?? Is that the reason how to deny potential customer to test drive a used vehicle?? How can I decide to buy it without test driving? Not to mention the ridiculous pricing for a 2021 Supra, this is already Q2 2023 when you can easily find a all-new Supra at MSRP in Toronto!Would not suggest anyone who considers doing business with this dealership.

Richie Han: We’ve had nothing but pretty awful service here. To purchase our RAV, we had to do so much of the leg work when trading in our car. When we have asked questions about having our vehicle looked at or receiving a quote, we’ve been told they we’d have to pay for either to happen. The service package we purchased covers basically nothing and we’re paying for everything out of pocket.The only reason why I didn’t give it a 1 star is because the sales lady who handled our contract was so kind. Other than that, we should’ve gone back with Audi. Audi even threw in so many free gifts for just leasing rather than purchasing.Don’t waste your time with this dealership.
