Onah Fields: I believe this U-Haul is the best to do business with in the state. Their caring staff members go the extra mile to accommodate everyone. I am very grateful that every encounter with them is the best. Thankyou so much.
Calvin Ferguson: Exterior of vehicle was not cleaned. But the interior was clean. They had me in and out quick. No wait time.
elmer johnson: Cleaning store.. friendly Staff.. they answered all my Questions and I was out fast.. very happy
Crystal Marie: The trucks here aren't serviced properly which makes renting a safety hazard. Tires are bald, mirrors aren't attached and swinging when the truck is in motion making it hard to see on the sizes. The trucks are left dirty and the customer service is mediocre at best. I will definitely travel further for a better experience and value with another Uhaul location or another company all together. This is definitely not an acceptable location.

When I went to return the truck on 3/18 (the same day I picked it up) a few minutes after 6pm in the same exact condition with the same amount of gas it had when I picked there was a guy (James was the name I was given but it could be a lie like everything else about your location) that accepted the return and told me I was all set even after i asked him a few times if he is sure there isn’t anything I need to do on my end & I was told I’m all set…this morning I wake up to a $530 dollar charge for damages on the truck being charged on my card but I didn’t damage anything. When I called the store, they said the manager checked us in but thats a LIE because there were no women in the store when I returned the truck and the store manager is a women.... If you're a customer looking for a moving truck, this is not the location. They are a scam!!
Yazen Farha: Can't believe how absolutely dirty of a business this is. My younger sister picked up a truck from here, the windshield was crack, the door seal was falling off, the truck sounded like it was going to explode before every gear shift, and she picked up the truck on an empty gas tank. Never in my life have I seen a rental vehicle given on empty to a customer. We dropped the truck off in the same exact condition with the same amount of gas it had when we picked it up, at 6pm on 3/18. It was a guy (I believed named James according to the associate I just spoke to on the phone but check your cameras to confirm) that accepted the return and told us we were all set. The next day, my sister has a $530 dollar charge for damages on the truck. When we called the store, they told us the manager checked us in but that's a LIE because there were no females in the store when we went in. This place is allowing unsafe vehicles on the road to be given to customers to drive and trying to charge customers for giving them destroyed vehicles from the start. Absolute scam and dirty business. Pictures show the truck in the condition we got it in. FIX YOUR MISTAKE U-HAUL! You should be ashamed of trying to take advantage of your customers. If you're a customer looking for a moving truck, this is NOT the location. Your hard earned money isn't worth the rental from the absolute garbage of fleet vehicles they have here and the scams that follow.
Eric Duncan: This U-Haul is well stocked but lack of staff makes it horrible. The wait times for service are s unacceptable and the mobile scan and go for this location doesn’t work. Avoid this stop!
Shaun Hanson: I made a 3:00 reservation. Got all the way there and they forgot to leave the key so they switched my reservation to another location, when I got there they said they didn't see a reservation for me at all even though I had the confirmation email. Wasted my whole day
James Billingslea: Most of the time the inside windshield is dirty and difficult to see out of... not the vans but almost every truck.. But you have great customer service employees, the best! I come almost every wensday morning...
Rosetta Wright: Terrible only two ladies actually assist people not really management or other co workers . I went up there today to close my overdue storage I notified the staff yesterday I'd be there nobody said a manger should be present to pay half a overdue account and just move. The guy at desk o told several times I'm trying to pay half he like I know that's right but still charged me for a truck but didn't let me get my stuff payed and put called s manger who does nothing much the establishment some pimpsy no half payment want it to add up !!!!!!! I was homeless a year and a year trying to pay high costs and overdue charges it's a shame thru never did even refundr for truck 200 dollars they need more people better staff

Marie Dandie: The price was pretty unreasonable for a pick up truck. The advertising seems a bit false since it illustrates $19.95 on the truck but actually charges by the mile which hikes up the cost. Why charge by the mile if gas is expected to be refilled? Almost feels like I'm being scammed out of money. I expected my total cost to be less than $50 and it was about $78. I won't be renting the pick up truck anymore.
Rose Taylor: They should have never let that Truck go out on the road it really needs a lot of work. And I think that the hook up fee for the trailer should be on the website after paying $800 for my rental I had to pay a $20 hook up fee to pull my car. That was not on the website.

Jim Willis: Only took 1 hour to install hitch on 2023 Traverse , best price of all 5 places I contacted, very friendly family run business!
Joseph Niksa: Great dudes, family owned. Worth going out to Troy for this. Don't even waste your time calling U-Haul or a muffler shop for a hitch install. I brought my own hardware here but in hindsight I wish I would've just had them get everything. No more than an hour for in and out service.
Karen Neff: How professional. They had a death in the family and had to reschedule me. They were $75. Cheaper then another place.
Mark Stanis: Professional installation, on time completion of job, reasonable prices and friendly personnel.
La Teamma Lyons: I had a hitch installed. I arrived at 8:00 a.m. install was done by 8:25. Fast and efficient. I highly recommend this company.
SNDWV DETROIT: Very nice gentlemen :) and very efficient. Time it took to install hitch was less than they quoted. Kudos.
Rosetta Mcfarland: We had called from the dealer ship and were told oh yeah we can do what you want. Then get told that they can not. There suggestion was for us to by a system that required a cell phone use when being used. THEY DID NOT WANT TO DO THE JOB FOR THE COST THEY TOLD US. We would not suggest this company.

Selena Mccleery: I originally had an appointment to get a trailer hitch installed at Uhaul. Both times I went in there, they said they didn't have the part in stock even though I scheduled 3 weeks in advance. They even said that they haven't been installing hitches since mid May and won't start again until July 12th but I was never told that when I called the corporate call center that scheduled everything.I ended up calling Dial-a-hitch and they had my part in stock within one day and scheduled an appointment to install the next morning. The installation only took 45 mins. I would definitely recommend this place to get your hitch installed.Don't waste your time and money at Uhaul. Go to Dial-a-hitch instead!
