Cynthia Price: I came in in March for an exam. Afterwards, I was given a written estimate of cost. When I had the procedure done 6 weeks later, my payment went from $157 to $243. Dentist did not want to repair as patient requested, he only wants to get as much $ out of you that he can. He only repaired 1 tooth stating that the 2nd repair wouldn't last and I would be back in a few years so I may as well get the crown. After explaining to him AGAIN that it's not in the budget, he repaired the one tooth, sent me on my way, and almost double charged me. The young man assisting him basically told me I could afford it due to the Pandora bracelet and charms on my wrist, very unprofessional. I had to lol. I love SFD and have been a patient for years but this experience was a first for me. I requested a change in Dentist before I take my business elsewhere😠
