zunaira T: I've used Henry Ford OptimEyes (Detroit Renaissance) twice. I am in awe of how polished, modern, and spotless everything is. I brought both of my siblings the second time, and they also had an amazing experience. Our doctor was very knowledgable, courteous, and helpful. Our optometrist, Jamela, was really helpful when it came to choosing glasses because all three of us had different insurances, and she was able guide us to what would be covered for each of us and provide us with useful information. Jamela made sure to phone us after picking up our frames to ensure everything went smoothly. The Henry Ford OptimEyes, the Detroit Renaissance Center, has Jamela to thank for that.
