divinewill benson: Just so rude to the patients for what reason tho. And they never honor apt time.
Alicia Campbell: I'm going to preface this by saying that I love planned parenthood as a organization and what they stand for. However, this location is not it. I've waited 4+ hours as a patient before. I had an issue with a prescription once and it was impossible it get ahold of anyone. I had to wait and drive back the next say to go into the clinic and inform them that none of my prescriptions I needed the day previously were filled by their provider. This was not a medication that i could have put off taking for a full day, so it was very stressful. I've known serveral other people who have had horror stories about this location as well. As a health care worker, i do have compassion for fellow health care workers and understand that their are critical shortages with staffing, but this place is bordering on complete negligence. The other locations are much more organized and efficient. Also as a warning if you're a couple of minutes late they will reschedule despite the fact you'll wait a MINIMUM of an hour. Again, I love planned parenthood and think it's an amazing organization, but if you have the means to do so please avoid this particular location at all costs as they do not give you the care you deserve. The Ferndale and Warren locations are much better.
Ashley Rudzinskas: I have had nothing but problems at this location. They never honor your appointment time. Always a 2 hour wait to pick up a prescription. Very unprofessional and they never seem to know what is going on. Just switched to the Ferndale location and it was a much more pleasant experience.

S 143: First time ever going to a planned parenthood location & I won’t have the need to return. I originally had my appointment scheduled for Livonia but this location had a early date & time avail. Somewhat of a easy location to find & parking wasn’t too bad. My appointment started about 20 ish mins late even though I showed up on time ( right when they opened, apt was set for 8:20). I personally think they want to know way too much info , like how much income I bring in. Why does that matter or relate to what my appointment is for? Doctor removed my implant, took her a few to hold onto it in order to remove it. Accidentally hit my bone in the process due to where the Implant was located, which caused my hand to numb up for a few seconds. Not a fun feeling let me tell you hah. I did however get the other birth control in with no problem.

Angel: Went here for my first time to get my birth control after it was harder to book an appt with my regular Doc and I can honestly say that I had a pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and they got me in and out pretty fast. I also got sent home with more info on my shot than I had at my regular visits with my general doc.
Jessica Washington: I’ve been to the Ferndale and warren location and have never experienced a long wait like I have here. Staff is unprofessional, I can literally hear the staff members gossiping and talking about their personal lives in the hallway like they have nothing to do but I’ve been waiting over an hour.

Both the individual that did my blood pressure/draw and the doctor that saw me were absolutely excellent and I was in and out quickly even though I had a fair amount of questions to ask in addition to the information they provided me.Thank you Dr. S for helping to bring a little levity to what would usually be a bit of a stressful visit. Not as "nuts" as one might assume.

I have never had a problem with any of the staff and I have always felt comfortable with my birth control options I've chosen since going here. Jazmine Washington: Been coming here for 2 years now, very helpful staff and you can always ask any questions when you call over the phone. If you have insurance, you can use your insurance card to pay for all procedures, pills, shots and any other medical requests. It you don't have insurance, they will let you know the prices of each option before you continue to be a patient or request any medications.It is always confidential, so you don't have to worry about anyone knowing, anything expect you and the doctor you visited.Very helpful place, and always protecting safe sex and tips!

Brandi J: Been in ER waiting for about 12 hours now! Got here about 230p, had some tests about 5p. Nurse hasn't checked on me, I'm in a cold room with the bed right under a vent so I had to come sit outside the room in a chair. No nurse has come to check on me. Everytime I ask someone they tell me to wait. I have no bed bit they say their admitting me. It is now 3a...and I'm still sitting in this hard chair. I haven't had food, and feel like I'm about to pass out.

Nurse Amila had a terrible attitude and laugh when I was crying because I couldn’t see my great auntie that had just had two brain surgeries because I work 8a5p and my job is an hour from the hospital I made it five mins before tried to call Amila to see my auntie for two mins and she completely disregarded me. Laughed and joked say you work everyday as if my auntie couldn’t pass away at any moment. She laugh with another nursing saying omg this girl crying . I was admitted to the hospital for a possible Heart Attack, and I was extremely disappointed with the care I received.Firstly, I was made to wait in a chair in the hallway for an extended period of time before being moved to a bed in an empty wing of the hospital. I understand that hospitals can be busy, but this was unacceptable and unprofessional. I felt neglected and ignored by the staff, who seemed to have no concern for my well-being.Once I was moved to the bed, I lay there for three hours without any communication from a nurse or doctor. I found this experience distressing and unacceptable. It is unacceptable to leave a patient alone for such an extended period without any updates or check-ins.After three hours of waiting, I decided to leave the hospital. I was shocked that nobody had noticed my absence until I reached the exit door, where I was stopped and instructed to write a formal complaint.The level of service I received from your hospital was unethical and unacceptable. As a patient, I deserve to be treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. I felt that my care was not a priority to your staff, and this is unacceptable.I would also like to mention that I sought medical attention at a different hospital shortly after leaving yours. There, it was found that my blood pressure was at a critical level, which was alarming and concerning. Sparkle Mason: I wish I could rate this a triple 0! The absolute worst staff ever! The nurse that tended to me upon being brought to the ER by the police immediately treated me under the assumption that I don’t deserve a sanitized room or water or care that is due for a patient in my state. I was battered and bruised. She was rude and placed me in a room with a bed with blood still on it from the original person didn’t bother to come and clean it until over an hour and a half. When I spoke up about it again she had the worst attitude and wiped the bed down with a rag and bleach swinging the rag which was not squeezed out; contaminated bleach swung on me. When she gave me a shot of toridal for pain she didn’t even wipe with alcohol swob or put a bandage on it. So I’m bleeding and the officer had to put a bandage on me. She was all types of liability. I told them I have diabetes she didn’t care she said my levels are good. They weren’t… I was dizzy and dehydrated. Didn’t ask what type I had or cared. I would never willingly go to this hospital.

Kathy: As a physician assistant I am appalled at the customer service I received in the ER waiting to see my elderly aunt who was being treated. Virtually impossible to get back through the doors to see her. I have sent many patients thru this ER. I will definitely rethink any future referrals.Update: the security guards were fantastic and once I got through to see my aunt, the nurses were quite helpful.

Franklin Butts: The two star rating is for the handling of my husband's belongings. His eyeglasses, watch and money were never recovered after asking multiple times about it. His health was already at risk and you tend to forget to follow up with everything going on with your loved one. This will definitely be the last visit to this facility. I'm very disappointed. I will be contacting our attorney about this.

Nicholas Van Orton: They need to make a negative star option!! Absolutely disgusting how this “hospital” is still even in business with how poorly they treat their patients. The nurses and doctors are a complete joke, and were very unprofessional and didn’t even do their job, and that’s what they’re getting paid to do!! I went in with a family member and saw a number of patients on beds in the halls being ignored by the nurses every time a patient asked for something. They were talking very poorly (and very loudly while using expletives) about certain patients and just acted like doing their job was such an inconvenience. So I made my family member leave because they didn’t feel safe there and I drove them over an hour away to go to Henry Ford because at least I know that hospital has actual doctors and nurses that want to help people. And I trust that hospital and knew my loved one would be taken care of.
