randall webb: Do not recommend they are liars and will take your money for "filing fees" even if you register outside of the MI. Im an active duty service member and had to make a special trip to WV to get plates for my 2011 yukon xl and still got charged the filing fee when they did no leg work. Once i did that they didnt give all the paperwork and i recieved a clean title. Shortly after they realized they messed up i have a lawyer calling me for the title. Ended up paying taxes on this vehicle in 2 different states cause of the incompetence at this place. I normally go back to places to get vehicles. I WILL NOT GO TO THESE BUSINESS AGAIN. Would give zero stars.

Donovan Parker: I used my credit card to purchase, what I assumed was, a clean title car with 75,000 miles. After they charged my card, I asked to see the title and they whip out a SALVAGED TITLE. They literally lied and tried to steal my money!! Now all of sudden the car has a replacement motor that was never mentioned before I purchased! I was told it had original miles. DON'T TRUST THEM. ZERO STARS!!!!

Dz Nutz: This dealership takes down negative reviews. This used car lot uses deceptuve practices and do not stand behind their word. I ended up paying over $2,064 in extra charges for repairs to a 2009 Hummer H3 purchased 24 hours after leaving lot. Owner said vehicle would be inspected and ready for pick up when down payment was paid in full. This was very deceptive because vehicle leaked antifreeze and sensors went off when driving on freeway. Window between service warranty and purchase date would not cover repairs until 30th day. Owner said he would not reimburse me for repairs and denied car had problems. They also dont like for customers to test drive cars before being approved for financing. After I pick up plates and pay off vehicle, I will not buy another car from 3 brothers again nor recommend anyone doing the same. They have deceptive sales practices and defective equipment.

Holly french: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. VERY unprofessional. Salesman made promises that were not fulfilled. 2 sensors were bad and radio cracked. Salesman promised they would be fixed when I came to pick the vehicle up for purchase and the windows would be tinted. None of them were done, also the vehicle had absolutely no gas in it. 12 days after buying the vehicle (less than 200 miles) the lifters went bad. They said they would fix it, 3 weeks later got it back. Asked for documentation for all the work that was done to the vehicle. they refuse to give me any. 2 months later, the lifters are bad again. Owner told me "if your want to bring me $4,000 cash I'll give you documentation of what was done, until then I'm not giving you anything." This is just the tip of the iceberg and the major issues with this place. So many other small details went into this terrible buying experience!

nicole bryan: Purchased a Yukon through them and by the second day of using it, engine light came on and car shut off in the road while driving. Have had the car a little over a month now and this is our third time having it towed to a shop for the same issues. Come to find out, no warranty was sold with it and they aren’t willing to help us out with any repairs. This car was sold to us in this condition and it’s not even starting at this point. We have 4 kids and needed this car just to get us back and forth. Can’t even do that. So stuck paying for this vehicle that we haven’t been able to use. Sold an unsafe vehicle to us that won’t even drive. Mechanic says it looks like they just reset codes so it would look legit and like there weren’t any issues. The fact we’re stuck with this car and all the repairs and we basically drove it off the lot like this is ridiculous. Next step will unfortunately be reporting them to BBB and possibly getting a lawyer. Car has been in the shop for 3 weeks of the 7 we’ve had it. If the dealer is willing to contact us and help with repairs, hopefully it won’t come to that point.

Brian Davis: I went with a female friend of mine to buy a car from here a while back of course she was just in a rush to get a vehicle and of course does not do her due diligence and get the car fully inspected well a little while later she was calling me asking for help with repairs a head gasket transmission slipping etc I understand dealers go to auctions and buy whatever fix it up a little snd Finance it out but if you gonna do business in the city of Detroit make sure it’s a honest business and not trying to take advantage this is the one on Plymouth between greenfield and Southfield do not go there without a certified mechanic
