Desiree Williams: I highly recommend Hurley Dog and Cat Hospital!! EVERY time I have taken my baby (my dog) to see them, they've throughly explained her condition, possible medication side effects, and the dos/donts. Not to mention, they are extremely affordable.I've taken my dog to plenty of vets and so far, Hurley Dog and Cat Hospital will be my go to. It's not the prettiest inside and the wait time could get long , but their service and attitude makes up for that.Thank you doctors at Hurley Dog and Cat Hospital for providing my dog and I with excellent service and care!

Ann M.: Dr Kala is the sweetest, most patient vet and has an incredible memory. She took the time to explain everything to me and was so good with both my dog and cat, she and the staff were very affectionate towards my animals. You can tell they truly love what they do and the animals they care for. They were so smooth with both of their vaccinations, neither of them even whined or whimpered, and were so kind and gentle with my cat when she got spayed. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate their kindness and skill.

Jim Wheels: I don’t think waiting four hours to get a annual vaccination is reasonable. I would like the option to make an appt. I feel like this animal clinic does not value the time of the customers…customer service is not something Hurley is concerned about. There are other vets that are local that take appts. I wish Hurley could offer appts and walkins. That way you are trying to provide service to all. I feel like if in suburbs there is no way you would not offer appointments!
Johnny Zachman: Hurley is amazing! Our dog was attacked by an off-leash dog while on a walk, and the Hurley team was able to accommodate her immediately, even without an appointment. She was seeing the doctor within an hour of the attack, and had surgery shortly after.Their team is super nice and always helpful with any questions I have — and they're also very reasonably priced compared to other dog emergency hospitals I've been to. We'll absolutely return for any further hospital needs! Thank you, Hurley team!
Morgan McKinnie: yeah this place might not cost a lot but they waste your time telling you they’re walk in only, when someone walked in at 12 saying “12 o’clock appointment for blank” and they were helped within the next 10 minutes not even. While I wake up early take off work to go in @10:50 to sign in and never be helped I waited until 12:30 and not one person said a a word to me.

First off you tell them you dog’s condition then ask for price over phone then they say they need to see the pet. But when I brought In a dog I just rescued with an embedded collar now they give me a price thinking I’m gonna walking into a vet clinic with 700 in cash without having a clue that’s how much the surgery for a dog that wasn’t even mine would cost. They wanted 700 dollars cash and didn’t give me the option to go take it off the atm, they forced the do out with no remorse. Don’t recommend EVER idc if the other vet 50 miles away go before wasting your time here!!!!

Sydney Golon: Best pharmacy I have ever been to by every possible metric, and the only one I will ever use if it is ever my call to make. From the first interaction I ever had with them, I have been treated with nothing but attentive, individualized kindness and respect. I know that doesn't sound that special, but it's just... different here.There's no labyrinthian phone systems or web portals to navigate, just a phone that goes directly to the pharmacists that genuinely do pay attention and get to know you personally. On top of that, despite not having the economics of scale of larger pharmacies, they seem to have a diverse network of suppliers they leverage to match or beat the prices of the big guys. The retail/pharmacy space itself is also one of the brightest, most modern, clean brick and mortars of any kind that I think I've ever been to.It just feels like it must be extremely clear to anyone paying attention that the folks running this place care deeply about what they do, and about doing it well. If you're able to use this pharmacy, I can't recommend it highly enough.

The gentlemen at the pharmacy are polite, helpful and patient with all questions and concerns. Please do yourself a favor and switch your prescriptions to FFP and lend your support to this extraordinary, independent Ferndale business.Check out their site and see all that they have to offer to the community. I sincerely doubt that you will be disappointed. You can always go across the street to get your pretzels and beer. Go to FFP for your prescriptions, a fine variety of OTC items, a unique selection of gift and personal merchandise and the highest quality of service available anywhere!
Jeanne McCarthy: Super friendly people and fast service! The pharmacist told me a whole bunch of helpful tips and tricks about taking my prescriptions. They even helped me order a special vitamin that is hard for me to find. So glad I found this place!*returning to my review to say how much I still love and appreciate this pharmacy. Mary Pendleton: I cant recommend this pharmacy enough! I recently had to make a trip to the ER and went to three different pharmacies for my medications. All of the other chain pharmacies just said "we don't have it" Ferndale Family Pharmacy said the same, but followed up with "but it is on order and will be in tomorrow morning". When I went to pick it up, they stated that the version of the medication my DR prescribed was still stuck in Toledo, but they CALLED THE ER for me to have the doctor rewrite the script for the version they had in stock (one was liquid and one was powder) to make sure that I wouldn't be without it another day. They go above and beyond, I am so happy I found them. I will be switching any and all scripts to them and will continue to spread the word about how helpful and kind they are. THANK YOU THANK YOU!

They offered to bring my prescription to my car because my baby is too young for the covid vaccine and I didn't feel comfortable bringing him inside. They even deliver prescriptions locally at no charge. They also text updates. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Angelina Palacios: Dr. Carter is so kind and truly knows her stuff. I have tried other places and they dont listen to your concerns and want to run a million tests. Dr. Carter listens to you and gets her diagnoses right. She doesnt want to scam you for money she wants your pet to be better. The prices are also very reasonable!

Carla Hendershot: I wanted to add my experience as a cat owner as most reviews I’ve seen are for dogs. I have a FIV+ cat and the staff has been so great with him. I called to make a last minute appointment as he seemed to have an infection and they got us in the same day because of his condition! They also don’t try to upcharge you for services if you don’t need them. Great place to take your pet!

Hannah Smart: I’ve been taking my puppy here since I got him in 2020. This little fluff ball has had more than his fair share of issues (WAY more) and Dr. Carter always squeezes him in, even if it’s last minute and we didn’t have an appointment. She has let me email her and even send videos of symptoms. I trust her and appreciate the support staff, too. Every vet office is slammed since COVID and many in the area aren’t taking new patients. Glad I found this place!

Sabreen Nafsu: edit: upped my rating from 4 to 5 stars. my dog was licking at his paw and it was all red and raw looking so i called and was told their next appointment wouldn't be for another month, but because it might be more urgent they would find a place to fit me in their schedule in between other people's appointments. the wait only turned out to be ~40 minutes, i was just so relieved they did what they could to help us when they are undoubtedly very busy. for comparison, my previous vet would turn me away in a situation like this so i am very grateful to Dr. Carter.great first experience. the only negative is i wish they would have told me the nail clip was gonna cost $20 before they did it especially because they barely cut anything off...but otherwise the whole experience was pretty good. i really love the doctor! she was personable and made me feel less self conscious about my dog having separation anxiety.

Stephanie Primov: Since moving to Green Acres in September 2019, Dr. Carter has been my vet. She is very kind, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. Her rates are very reasonable based on the needs I've had to go for. I've gone for basic things like shots, as well as some weird things like a skin issue that needed antibiotics. There are a few times she's even been able to squeeze me in for a weird situation that was urgent but not needing emergency vet. I am very grateful to Dr. Carter and the staff at this vet clinic and always refer people to them since I've had such a positive experience.

Tina Williamson: When you call the staff tries to push you off on other vets saying they are "booked out" and puts barriers to service in place so you go elsewhere. The 2 times I got my cat looked at I wasn't very happy. I felt like I was just there to be talked poorly to and pay. I don't know why people are so mean these days but if someone is calling a vet they want compassion not all the loud sighing and attitude. I called once and got told I was cutting someone's lunch break short...and they proceeded to finish on the phone...I'm never going again

If you aren't in LOVE with your current vet, please give Dr. Lee a chance! I cannot rave about her enough! We have found our forever vet!
Alyssa Iseppi: I've been taking my dog, Mayor, to Patterson since Feb 2020 when he was just a puppy and to this day he still LOVES going there! Dr. Graham, Dr. Lee, Amelia, Amanda, Lynda - they're all amazing people who truly care about your companions. The rest of the staff as well! I'm so grateful for them. They send out friendly reminders via email to help you make sure that your companions are always up to date with tests, vaccines, etc., which I really appreciate. I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else - I'm so pleased with their service. If you want a veterinary practice that cares, GO TO PATTERSON! If you also want to go to the oldest veterinary practice IN THE COUNTRY (so super cool), GO TO PATTERSON!!

Lauren VanCourt: I got to the pharmacy drive-thru and pressed the call button. I thought maybe I didn't fully press it the first time so I pressed it again. Nobody came to the window, but I could see them inside. I waited for what felt like 15 minutes while cars were lining up behind me and leaving. All the while I was complaining on the phone talking about how I was going to call their boss.When the woman did show up at the window she noticed that my dad was allergic to a certain medicine and the medicine that she was about to hand over could possibly cause an allergic reaction. I was on the phone with my parents going back and forth on whether we wanted the medicine or not. Ultimately, my dad wanted to take it. They took their time with me, and they did not show any frustration even though it was a frustrating situation. Therefore, they redeemed themselves. I take away one star because it would have been more professional for them to acknowledge the fact that I was there while I was waiting. Other than that, they calmed the beast that was emerging.

Pharmacist and team talk with no respect , especially the Pharmacist and not helpful.Not the fist time.My mom went to pick up the inhaler for my dad, she was told that she needed to pay $100.00 for the inhaler since it was not fully covered by the insurance. She decided not to get it becuase she wanted to ask before.Then I went back around 3:30pm and dropped off the caugh med script and dropped off the inhaler script at 4:15pm.I went to pick up the meds at 5:45pm before closes at 6:00First I was told I'm doing meds from yesterday and behind , then tells me it's no guarantee it's going to be $100.00 it changed since your info was erased the first time and we didn't say 100.00, don't know where you got $100.00 from. He accused me off lieing and making things up.Then said it's going to be $208.00 for the difference from 100.00 the first time to $208.00 chanced within few hours, "Stock marked went up"!Then tells me you want to the scripts back, I said give me the caugh med, he said we don't have it we ran out.He just didn't want to serve me.Him and his team always attitude when he's in charge.The service is not appropriated what so ever. Always slow and behind.

Andrew S: Staff is great and took good care of my sons cat but they don’t tell you prices over the phone or before you’re seen. I had to put $60 deposit down for neuter appointment then have exam and shots. It was 260 for exam and shots and neuter is up to 450. They have my deposit but I’ll be looking around before I get it done. They should give you a heads up for pricing. All about animals charged me 100 less for Neuter than this place charged for exam and shots. I was going to bring my other cat here for shots and exam too but I’ll be looking around first.

jay44220001: Today my baby girl was feeling down with a hematoma and ear infection, I tried for almost 2 weeks to heal her but I just couldn't get her there tis why I'm a carpenter 😁 so I gave it my all did my best!!Jefferson Veterinary was such a wonderful experience from the Front Desk, The nurse that held my baby girl threw it all and the Dr answered all my questions never seemed rushed, this was my first visit and I will always use them!!!!!!To all the Staff at Jefferson Veterinary THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!!!! Mecca is truly one of my kids, and I'm glad you enjoyed her company as well as she is a sweetheart!!!! See ya in 2 weeks!!!!!

Vicki R: This place doesn't open on time, and when they do, the man who works here is rude. It's not nice inside, it smells old, kind of mildewy. I wouldn't even be here, except UPS dropped my package off here for me to pickup. When I arrived, he said he told me on the phone that it would take about 15 minutes to get it from UPS because they just arrived. I decided to just drive over and wait, and when I walked in, he was upset and he told me that he said to wait 15 minutes on the phone and that he had to go get my package put of his car. Why was it in his car in the first place?
