Mark: Service was not good. The worker was more interested in selling me everything under the sun, from tablets to caes. A suggestion is one thing.. if the customer says I'm not interested.. let it go. Very aggravating. It took twice the amount of time to get my phone due all the sales pitches.

Margo Smith: Don’t bother shopping this location. The store refused to give the phone we paid for despite corporate telling them to. The person in charge was not at all friendly or professional.We are no longer going to continue our Verizon phone service.

Dave Amer: First off, talk about fantastic service! These guys know their stuff hands down. Daniel was the salesman that helped me and got me squared away. Today was the first time I've done business with this store. Went in for an upgrade for the Verizon promotion where they buy back an eligible phone towards an upgrade. Had the 12 pro max and left with the 14 pro max. The entire process was literally seamless due to the excellent services of Daniel. He was very professional, friendly and made sure everything was set for me. Matter of fact every time I've come here for anything I've left a happy customer. I'm rarely this impressed with exceptional service so I look forward to being a future and recurring customer! Hope this helps anyone as I don't toss around such credit without serious being impressed.

Sal Omar: The customer service is absolutely horrible.They don’t take care of customers by order .I went there to add a new line to my account. After waiting for more than an hour they told me that they don’t have a chip to add me a new line. She could of told me that when she checked me in and asked me What I was there for. VERIZON! BECAUSE OF THE ALLEN PARK LOCATION I WILL SWITCH MY 3 LINES TO A DIFFERENT CARRIER.

Shantelle Alane: Maaaan soon much trouble with my account the staff didn't know that only new phones got signatures and they bickerd back and forth about it didn't have proper service waited an hour to be seen and an hour to figure stuff out. Then 13 days to get a replacement phone and it still wasn't the problem so I didn't need to go through all that. Just needed a good smart technician

Ethan Best: Verizon employees, Ryan & Lee, are the only two on the floor helping customers. There were other employees but they went to the back. There are 6 customers, and 3 are being helped. *Another customer is being helped, that employee has left for long periods of time and name tag isn't visible.One customer came in to get the password/pass code removed, we are jere to pay our final Verizon bill. We understand why this Verizon store has received bad reviews. We came here last week, while still Verizon customers, to what options we had to change our plan...we left unsatisfied. We went to TMOBILE and glad we made the change. We hope everyone gets quicker. Ryan was EXTREMELY HELPFUL
