Krystina Loftis: I had an overwhelming urge to wallpaper a large room in our new house. It had to be colorful, bold, and funky, but still have a classic feel to it to fit the genre I was looking for. I figured I'd spend months looking for the perfect print, but a friend put me on to DWC and I found EXACTLY what I wanted right on their homepage. Proper printing and delivery expectations were set, and everyone was so patient and kind despite my questions. They referred a phenomenally efficient application specialist and oh.my.word- the space has completely transformed. We are so in love, we went back for samples for another space. Thank you to DWC for the easy process, willing support, and incredible selection. Worth every bit of investment!!

Tyra M: I looked up this place online, and seen that they had good ratings. Online it said they was Open. So I take a 30 minute drive to find out there not Open with appointment. No where on the site does it said, by appointment only. Call when I got to the front door, the lady that asked the phone, had a tone, of that she really wanted to help, or someone told her not to open the door, when there was NO one in the store. Told them was outside at the door. With a mask 😷 holding a conversation over the phone. Someone looked out, and turned away, as if was not customers coming to give them business👎🏾 It’s was Very rude!!!!!!!!!! Will take my business elsewhere. Where customer service, Is happy and willing to service the customer.
Megan Bek: This place is very cool, a great spot to both find and create uniquely interesting wallpaper for creating the accent wall of which dreams are made!The best part is their reasonable per panel pricing, which cost the same whether it is selected from their own brand of designs created in-house, designer label nrand such as Kitson, or a design you send them to create pn your behalf from digital images you own or created yourself.There are 2 price ranges available as options to choose from, including a high end standard wallpaper or you can choose from a variety of available textures and fabric styles within their premium priced line-up of options your wallpaper can be created on.Only drawback I can report back on after my recent visit to this location is an approximate eait time of 2 weeks to for an order to be filled once you have placed it, so turn around time is not ideal possibly if the timeline to have your wallpaper project completed by are tight.Oh, one last thing I should mention is their website - its freakin awesome!!! Highly interactive, allowing you to change multiple color options for each wallpaper design as you scroll through them, which males it a highly customizable option you can basically use to put your own creative stamp on your home design being executed.Staff was super friendly, with Nira who works up front assisting customers providing rockstar customer service to any patrons entering the shop or phoning in with questions. She was also very hands on in answering all of mine and patiently answered my 20 question ans going over all the details about their product lines, order placement, and production timelines I had while there.All that I have left to say about this plave is that I will be back to make a purchase in the near future, Nira, that I can promise you!

Zac Sackko: Willow and Greg literally saved me hundreds of dollars. Greg started contorting his spine and mumbling an ancient language while locusts crawled out of his mouth to conjure a discount for my items, but Willow made sure to snap them out of it before the Lord of Darkness took complete control of Greg's body. I don't think I can find that kind of service anywhere else.

My mom picked a color in Arkansas and I bought the paint in Detroit so we can have her new apartment painted the perfect shade before she moves here. We tried doing that at a Walmart’s Glidden display and it didn’t work. So Sherwin Williams uniformity paid off for us. Great customer service too!!

Ryan Esler: I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. In short: perfect color match (that Benjamin Moore couldn't do) and quick service and turn around. The deets: I came in late on a Saturday to Nick who offered to help me get something turned around the next day. He promised to call me. At noon the next day, he called (Sunday) and said he got close to the match but really Megan was the Color-Matching Guru and that on Monday she'd take a stab at it and let me know. Sure enough, Monday comes, I come to the store and Megan is there. She's helping not one, but 2 other people with grace and efficiency. I walk up, she shows me the work she and Nick did and how they matched it, EXACTLY. All of this work, 8 different test colors for a simple $20 quart of paint. It may mean nothing to them, it meant EVERYTHING to us. Benjamin Moore didn't give us the time of day, rushed to try and match the color, and left us hanging with a terrible match. Cannot say enough positive things about Nick, Megan (she's amazing at what she does), and the staff here. (Also to note, their hours are MUCH more convenient than other local spots). Trust them. Go. Now.

No matter how busy they always greet you and let you know they will assist you shortly The paint is very high quality (used Emerald) and goes on easily with a beautiful finish (used eggshell in the two bedrooms we painted). We just took on the task of stripping and staining our kitchen cupboards. I had a million questions before, and during the process. They were always very helpful and knowledgeable, they never once made be feel like I was asking a dumb question. I dealt with several of the staff members when preparing to start the project and every single one of them were wonderful! John Tortola: I came to merlos for custom stain match. The clerk asked for a 25$ deposit. I asked how much a quart would cost and she told me it would be approx. 45$ bc it took time to mix the stain 2-3 hours so I agreed. About 15 min. Later I got a call advising me the stain would never be exactly like the flooring. I said do the best you can. Half hour later I was called again that my stain was ready. When I got there, they charged me 67 $ for a pint of stain. They would not keep the quoted price of 45$.It was very un professional. Never shop there again.

Nancy Roberts: Fantastic over the top experience today! Not only did I learn new techniques about chalk paint and finishing waxes I learned about paint types and finishes plus a suggestion to use up some primer so I avoid waste and i was helped to my vehicle with my purchase because I was experiencing mobility issues. I highly recommend Manz Decor!
