I purchased four bundles when I received the hair it was so ruff and brittle. I washed the bundles, let the hair dry you could just visually see split ends it’s just so horrible and nappy looking it looks like I had the hair for years and I haven’t even put it in my hair yet. I really don’t understand how these hair companies get away with this. They had previously visited a wig boutique in Royal Oak but were unable to find a desirable option. Ricia Jamillah: I've been shopping at this location and at the store in the Oakland Mall for years spent a lot of money in there. Tuesday morning I rather Tuesday afternoon. I go in to buy a ponytail and other supplies to surprise a young lady. I never buy hair first time no one ever said you can't exchange the ponytail, never even was open. Came back less than three and a half hours later to try to get it exchange and was lied to, (it's on your receipt), no it's not on the receipt! There is a small cardboard piece of paper hanging close to the register that says no hair return exchanges written in magic marker. I think they should either put it on the receipt or when you buy something just come out and say it's non-refundable or returnable but don't lie about being on the receipt.

I watched sooo many videos on Raw Indian hair and heard about all the maintenance needed and etc etc so I went in with a sort of negative expectation.When I say this hair was FLAWLESS. I got a 28, 28, 30 with a closure Raw Indian Wavy. I even went into the swimming pool with this hair, washed it after, and it is STILL holding up. It does get frizzy but easily solved with Garnier Fructis Anti Frizz serum. I recently took the hair out just because I wanted something different but I can definitely re-use the hair... the bundles still look like I just took it out of the package.They have gained a permanent customer I will be using them for all my hair now!!

If you know anything about virgin remy hair you know that one bundle of hair that can look like it came from one person (donor) can actually come from multiple people. The hair at Salon Lab is different, it’s from one person (one donor) which is very hard to find! The quality is superior to any other hair I’ve ever purchased!! I also had them color it for me, the color matches my hair color perfectly! I will never by my extensions from anyone else EVER!! After sending out one of my very expensive human hair wigs to be washed and set before a big event that I have on Sunday, I was anxious that I would get my wig back or get it back looking the way I want in time. So I started researching different beauty supply stores other than Lee's to buy a synthetic wig from and I came across Invu Wig Hair & Jewelry. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I told the woman helping me what I needed, and she walked me through their very nice selection of wigs. Due to COVID-19, there were indeed signs saying that you couldn't try on wigs. While I did miss the trying on aspect, I do understand and respect the precautions. I know that many people are upset about not being able to try on wigs, but I also think that many people have gotten used to being able to try on wigs at local beauty supply stories. However, I look at it this way, if you were ordering a wig online, even a very expensive one, you wouldn't be able to try it on before purchasing. Moving forward, after purchasing the wig, they cut the lace for me and I took it home. When I tried on the wig when I got home, I was very happy! The wig was comfortable, stretchy as how it was presented to me at the store, and the best part was that it looked very natural! My husband even commented on how nice it looked. This wig totally decreased my anxiety about my other wigs, and this will be the wig I'm wearing the the event on Sunday. Thank you so much for helping me! I'll be back for another one!
