Kyle Calabrese: My boyfriend and I stopped in here to browse and pick up a few things the other day, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were all super friendly and eager to help us find what we were looking for. The store is set up very nicely, allowing you to get a good look at products before buying. Very clean, too. It brings back that nostalgic feeling of stepping into an old school toy store back in the day. Almost feels like you're standing in the middle of KB Toys in 1995. Will definitely be back!!!

I couldn’t find it and asked another associate where is section is but that one did not know section’s location. This is how terrible training this company provides.Yet another experience when I stopped at the restroom. Toilet seat was loose, latch on the toilet stall door was missing, sinks are dirty (at 6:30 am), paper towel of different type for the dispenser. Looks like the management does not do their work properly.

Tami Terry: Went to submit my Walmart employee application (paper application) and some middle age woman rolled her eyes and said that they don't accept paper applications and that the store wasn't hiring.I was told by other employees before that the store was looking for hire, especially since the store barely has anyone working in it and the workers that work there are either lazy or just plain rude. I am absolutely upset and disappointed in this store.

Nanybel Salazar: I would give this store 6 stars if I could! I was looking for a real wood, high quality table with chairs, made in the USA, to give my grandson on his 2nd birthday. It took me weeks of searching the net with various keywords with no luck until I typed the word AMERICA. Palumba/Camden Rose finally popped up on Etsy.Because I live in a different state, was running out of time, and had some important questions/request, I called the store and Judy, the owner, answered the phone.I ordered the "toddler table and two chairs set" that night with the special request. They shipped it the following morning and I received the boxes 2 days later!I fell in love with that set. I could not be more please with the quality of the craftsmanship. It's super sturdy, stable, and absolutely gorgeous!My grandson LOVED it and so did my son and daughter-in-law. Thank you for an outstanding work and service!5/30/2023

Waldorf Family: I can not recommend.As of time of writing this Palumba does NOT have a return policy. An email sent to them about a week ago asking about their return policy went unanswered. I could not find anything about a return policy listed on their website as of today.Even if they have screwed up there is ZERO recourse towards having the issue resolved and your order returned. They do not even answer emails!!I hope that they take this construction criticism to create trust in their client by offering a return policy especially when its NOT the customer's fault. Heck, even an apology would have been great.Also, emailing back customers who have questions would have been nice. Nobody wants to be ghosted especially after they placed an order and have a question/concern about their order.. To me, it seems like they took my money and want nothing to do with the customer after they have our money.

Jennifer Allison: Amazing wonderful heirloom quality store! From baby blankets to table and chairs this store has beautiful handcrafted made in the USA products. I used to enjoy visiting the store in person when I lived in Michigan. I am glad I can still shop online. Most of my children's toys and baby items come from Palumba. My kids love their play stand , fridge and play kitchen they play with it daily along with beautiful wooden blocks, sticks and cars. The fridge even becomes a rocket ship blasting off into space. My dd loves to cuddle up with her Camden doll. My youngest daughter who is 5 months loves to hold her cherry rattle that has been passed down from her other sisters. I can't wait to get her a pocket doll like her 4 other siblings have from Palumba. My son loves his marble track. My kids will be able to pass their toys down to their own children!

While I have purchased many of the high quality products Palumba offers my favorite is the playstands I purchased for my daughter's fifth birthday. They provide endless hours of entertainment. With the arch they are a cozy reading nook, house, or doll hospital. These are something to be passed on for generations, the quality, craftsmanship, are superior. My daughter also enjoys polishing them with the beeswax. Shipping is always timely and if something was out of stock or back ordered I was notified promptly. Another favorite in our house is the painting boards, paint jars with the wooden holder. I can't say enough about the quality, service, and selection at Palumba.
