A Y: Always more expensive than online for things that you need right away it is more like a convenience storeAn update on geek squad service which brings stars to 1 since 0 is not an optionMake appointment online with Apple quotes for service and I told them what I needed doneI come in the tech informs me I have to leave my phone there for 2-3 days in order to get the battery changed on it.So what was the appointment for ?And 2-3 days ? Not the techs fault at all but company policy is wrong excuse don’t want to end up with extra parts in case people don’t show up.It is the cost of doing business unfortunately Best Buy is still living in the 90 blockbuster in the making

Yeet: Was "helped" by zack? I think his name was. He showed no regard for actually helping me and instead chose to manhandle products with dorito dust all over his fingers. He kept whispering some kind of code over his walkie, didn't understand what that was about. Plus I watched him walk a few aisles over and hit his vape after I told him his help was no longer needed :(
Warren Self: An employee about 4’9” with a beard was walking through the store saying “don’t worry about it” to everyone. Then he grabbed a Monster and some Doritos and radioed a “code 10.” Never again!

B. S.: Best Buy ripped us off! Order an ipad same day delivery. They took payment immediately for same day delivery & it never arrived. After BBB complaint, Corp said they fixed the issue but it still never arrived. They stole $500 from me! I just want what I purchased. It was a birthday present for my daughter & it didn't make it even though ordered way in advanced with same day delivery. Worst experience ever!

John Milan: This your basic cell phone store. Clean, modest inventory, quick in and out. It's on the smaller size, but offers the standard services.The customer service you receive will vary greatly depending on which one of the 20 to 30 yr old guys you talk to.There is one guy that is personable, eager to help and seems genuinely happy taking care of his clients.The rest will stand there stone faced and do the very minimum required.Typical but adiquit.

I had to reboot it to manufacturer setting.I can even tell you whos account was on it before me!! I'll just say he's initials are J.L.A. Now I am having complications on my social media because of this!! Also when I left the store I noticed my receipt wasn't in the bag no more then five mins passed I was right outside the store when I went to ask the man working the store for it he locked the door and disappeared into the back. Once I arrived at work I sent him a message requesting a receipt which he did send via text. All in all very douchebag of an experience. Awful awful awful!!

Patrice PT: The gas line situation on 8 mile in Southfield is really not conducive to the parking lot. The lines extend into the parking lot, so if you are parked after shopping, you can't get out until the gas line moves! It's really frustrating and deters me from shopping at this location. They need to have one or two entrances only.
