Crystal Emery: I love 711 now that they are open 24hrs. I love the custard filled donuts always fresh. 7-11 new hours aren’t as good as they are in the spring and summer they close at 12 not much sooner and don’t open until 7 a.m. . Yes usually their hours are better .
Tippytoes: I've tried to call numerous times but no one answered and it does this weird long beep

Mackenzie DeLorge: I sure wish I can give a zero on this one every time I go into this establishment the cashiers are always messing around holding up the lines and making chit chat with customers that are already in line which causes me as a customer to almost regret coming into the store and almost vowing to never return just for a simple item that I want. Beware expect to stand in line for a short while as every cashier that I've seen so far is always goofing off and more concerned about messing with customers.
Michelle McDonald Vlastnik: Filled up and we all cashed in our winning Scratchers. Then we purchased more, a few snacks, and we are heading back up North. We are hoping this was a lucky stop. Hey, the man in front of us bought 80 tickets. Something is happening here! 🙃Our cashier was kind and friendly.

I called ahead asked what time they close even though on Google it says 24 hours I called the person on phone they said they closed at midnight- here I arrive at 11:50 and the doors are locked. I'm literally so passed off I wouldn't have left my bedroom had she just been honest.

Sarah Fairchild: They sell the fake kind of breezes. You can tell by the label of the flavors and the names of them. It says one thing on the box and then a weird exotic long name on the vape itself. Not to mention they don’t even work or light up half the time. Scammers.

brayden burke: The lady who works there every night, Michelle, called the cops on me for shoplifting because I had my hand in my hoodie pocket.
Heather Rappley: They closed their bathroom to the public when this stuff happened..I travel for work..inconvenient. they say they are open til midnight..but close between 11 and 12..the staff is not nice or friendly..charge to much except for pop and slurpees which are always out anyway..horrible..
Arcade Gannon: This store in general is a very nice store, but the employee Michelle that is there most nights is rude and less than helpful. I also have to double check all my receipts, as I’ve been over charged multiple times and then when asked to correct it I always get attitude. So overall, good store but bad employee.
Hannah Blata: The worker, Michelle, is rude every single time I go in. She ignored me standing at the register for a straight 10 minutes while she reorganized the cookies. Not only that but today when i went in a man standing in line told me I could go before him and she looked at him and said "Well weren't you in line first? I don't want you waiting all night." He again repeated himself that he was fine and I could go first.

Victoria Harless: I visit Birch Run about once every 6 weeks, outlet mall. I make a point to stop at 7-11 because the young man ( long dark, curly hair) is the kindest & most personable cashier EVER!!!! Fortunately he has been working every time. The last four times, anyhow. You can’t help but have your spirits lifted after an encounter with him. He’s not syrupy sweet. It’s obvious he’s a genuinely kind person. I hope the people at the top know how fortunate they are to have an employee of his caliber. I’m going to make a point of checking for his name next time. I used to tell my kids that they could change someone’s day by their actions and the words they spoke. This fella is a perfect example of that!!
Jessica Myott: My first experience was far from pleasant. The cashier Lizzie gets frustrated very easily and is plain rude at that point. No intentions on returning.

Mark Carson: Idk if the cashier is just having an off day but she got my prepaid gas and another guys mixed up, luckily I only went a 1$ over she then had me pay the 1$, but then I thought about it after I left the 1$ should of went to the other guy, pretty sure he left with out getting his other 30$ in fuel since he went back out tried to pump and it didn't work and he left behind me. Y'all need to update your pumps at this location they look like there from the 90s

Shannon Glaser: Some staff is unbelievably rude. I normally go here for lunch breaks but I’m not coming back for a while. One lady had the audacity to dramatically shrug her shoulders and roll her eyes when I asked what kind of taquitos they had, she didn’t even give me everything I paid for. She treats other customers rude too. Can’t believe they hire people like that.
