The employees are around if you need them, but otherwise give you privacy to browse, and all of the toys I've gotten here have been A+! I come in looking for one thing and wind up buying four, they have stuff you didn't even know you needed! The best in the area, for sure, and has a much more relaxed vibe than you would expect, you won't get pushed into buying anything you aren't interested in, but you'll find what you're looking for and then some :)

Jamie Natske: I’ve had good experiences at this store before, but the last couple haven’t been so great. From my perspective, the only employee that puts work into their job is the girl with big curly hair and long sparkly nails. I’ve had good experiences with her all around. She’s very talkative and friendly. However, the other few times I’ve been treated less than average. I bought something with a credit card and when the cashier asked for my ID, she looked me up and down before giving the rude and sarcastic “heh” laugh, looking at me as if I was unattractive to her in some way. The big lady with the pink hair has to GO. Id guess by process of elimination that she’s the manager. I had a job interview with her a couple years ago and she’s the last person that should be talking about customer service. The whole time I was there the other day she had half of her body slumped over the counter and literally had a Red Bull and pack of cigarettes out, she looked MISERABLE. I asked her about trying on some shoes and she only handed me one shoe and answered my questions while giving the least effort possible, like she didn’t want to waste her breath talking to me. I asked her if they had a specific kind of product and she just shrugged and said no and low and behold I turned around and what I was looking for was right behind me. I dont know if I’ll be returning if I have to deal with her again. She made me and my partner feel uncomfortable and judged.

Kat G: The cashier with the long sparkly gold nails was super friendly and funny. I didnt ask too many questions but she was very nice to the other customers in the store. I listened in and had all my questions answered before having to ask 😂. The employees at this location and the Oakland county locations are always great, and this store has a very wide selection in every section.

Angel Faith: Bad service when my husband and I frequently go there shut the door earlier then 12:00am we missed it arrived at 11:58pm everything closed employee was at register other customers just walked out didn't even look at is how rude after all the money we spend good money! Just plain rude. 🤯

She also wasn’t very helpful we had a couple questions and she just acted clueless to what we were talking about. I don’t think someone like herself should be working with the public. I hope that someone else is working the next time I go in there. She also took 2 DVD cases from us but only checked us out for one movie. We spent good money in there then we didn’t get everything we wanted and it was basically bc of your staff. You need to check who was working tonight and do something about it. I left there unhappy and when I got home I was even more upset bc we didn’t get both our movies but we live across town so we weren’t going back now. I think maybe I’ll just stick to giving my business to Lover’s Lane their a lot more polite and care more about the customers satisfaction. 🤬
