David Gaylord: Dust Out came and cleaned my vents. I wanted to make sure they got all of them. After looking, I thought I found a vent they missed. When I spoke to Dave, I told him I wasn't sure if the vent in question was cleaned. Just send someone out to make sure I'm right I said. Nope. They're not going to do that. They sent a truck and crew to check. Sure enough, they missed it. Not only did they clean the vent in question, they checked all the other vents, just to make sure they got everything. Jennifer (Jhoch22): Was really open minded as this was right during COVID. So I decided to just leave them a check to pay and leave my house and leave my home open for them. Bad idea on my part i guess. Easy I thought. I was told the day before that if I wanted to add services just call, or email. So I did and asked for a dryer vent cleaning the day before. Heard nothing back. Ok whatever. Figured it wasn't that easy but they even said so. Guess not. They came, cleaned the vents and left. Was fast and sort of painless. Except I had so much mess left over my basement on shelves, floors, etc. I was kinda surprised. Messes left pretty bad but oh well. I would not use them again. The cleaning didn't make any difference in air quality, smell and dust. Waste of money, just extra work for me later however.Service:HVAC duct vent cleaning

Denise Reinwasser: Not happy with the carpet cleaning done. It also did not smell fresh or clean when finished. There was cleaning solution residue on my leather couch 10 inches up from the floor,, and front of an end table. I had to clean both twice. It was even smeared by my front door handle. Footprints and residue all over my pergo flooring as well. A call from a manager would be appreciated. It was the most I have ever paid, and the most clean up I've ever had to do.

Yana Levovna: My dryer was making a weird noise after I attempted to clean out some lint. I called Blue Line John and Ryan came out immediately. John let me know that they don’t really repair dryers but he’d take a look. He added a couple of missing screws to the vent but it was still making the noise. I also had them take a look to see if I needed to clean out the vents and lo and behold, they were absolutely packed with lint. I just thought I had an old dryer because it always took about an hour and a half to dry a medium-sized load.They were in and out in about 45 min,I have squeaky clean vents, and they didn’t charge me for the small repair because the noise is still present. Kyle Paulsen: Dependable is fantastic - initially they came out (next day after I called) to look at our furnace which had been tripping a limit switch and very quickly determined the issue to be terminal and that replacement would be a much better decision (bad secondary heat exchanger would have an incredibly expensive replacement - and on a 20 year old furnace, it made no sense).They had a very easily laid out set of options, showing the differences between the levels (which I as an engineer really like in order to make what I considered the best decision for our house) and the prices associated - and were able to come back by the end of the week to install all the new equipment (including an AC unit, as ours was also 20 years old; and the hot water heater as that had started to leak the day before I called them) and our house was back to being nice and warm!Incredibly professional and very honest with pricing that is extremely fair - I highly recommend them.Services:HVAC system repair,Install thermostat,Install AC,Heating system installation,Thermostat installation

Jason Morey: Had and issue with the heater blower not working. Messaged them and they called shortly after they opened and out to do the repair within 2hrs of calling. Cameron was super nice and worked to have the issue fixed much faster than expected. Many options to fix the issue from their "band-aid" which fixes the direct issue with other options to clean and check the whole system and look for potential issues that may be coming down the road and follow up visits. Array of options to get you up and running and for them to look out for you in the future. Very up front about everything and very trustworthy family company! The guys that installed the heating system worked like an orchestra. It took them alot less time than I thought it would. It's four days since the installation and it's still working beautifully and quietly. / (2 years ago); I had two issues on the same day. My mother's furnace was out and I had a major water leak in my bathroom. Jim at P&H sent Jeremy to my mother's and he fixed that problem and then he came too my house and fixed my plumbing issue. Donna Ullrich: With the temps getting intense, I know Lyons had to be swamped with tune up calls, while in 90 degree heat my AC just turned itself off. I like to use local businesses and found Lyons first online. Called, set up the appointment for the next day. After a very long day of appointments, he discovered that my AC is a window unit and I discovered that they don't repair them.
