Kayla Southwell: I had Prana Energy Healing today. David is exceptional. Sarah is sweet and kind. This therapy session was a breakthrough for me. I can feel the energy flowing effortlessly through my body, for the first time. It's an amazing feeling.The process is "simple". You remain fully clothed & covered by a blanket, with the exception of your feet. David starts by hovering his hands several inches above your body; getting a feel for your energy. He then starts down at your feet and slowly moves from joint to joint, connecting your energy flow with a very gentle touch. Each person's response to the therapy is different. Mine was feeling the pull and resistance of some of my energy points. I could feel it as David made the connections flow. By the end (an hour or so) I was shaking with energy. After the session was complete, you are taken to the lounge. Which is a warm cozy room, with dim lights and peaceful smelling incense. You lay on a comfy recliner, again covered in a blanket, while you reflect on your energy and the positivity that it now contains. I left feeling better than I have in a long time.I highly recommend this therapy and the Blue Lotus Healing Center.David is a down to earth, normal guy.
