Kailyn Atwell: We came in on a Thursday night around 9:30 because we were on a long day trip. Apparently Thursday is karaoke night.... there is nowhere in the whole place that you can hold a conversation while this is going on because it's SO LOUD. Like you can't talk across the table loud.We were exhausted and it was late so we stayed anyways hoping to get in, eat, and leave. It was a seat yourself situation, and it was a good while before the one waitstaff member came over. He got a drink order from us and left before asking if we had any menu questions. I have a severe fish and seafood allergy. The fryers had fish, so all fried foods were out. When the waiter showed back up with drinks about 15 mins later, I explained my allergy and asked if the burgers had worstcheshire sauce (which has anchovies). He gave me the "one minute" finger and scoffed before walking away. Well, turns out the burgers do have worstcheshire sauce. So I ordered a calzone.... he informed me that the pizza oven gets shut off at 9. At this point it's almost 10. The menu DOES NOT mention that. So I change again to Mac n cheese.... guess what, also in the pizza oven. At this point we scratch the whole food order and ask for the bill.All in all, we spent about 45 minutes in an obnoxiously loud environment. We were treated poorly and left hungry. I was generous and gave 2 stars because I didn't try the food.

Racheal Boggs: Nice little place for a good burger and unique appetizers. Karaoke during dinner was something different. The host was amazing and entertaining! Menu cocktails were pricey. I recommend specials of the day for a better value. Service was top notch!! My 14 yr old lived the little arcade. Sandra Richmond: Stop on our way home from up north. The food here is yummy. The place was packed and unfortunately unorganized. The hostess was confused about people in line to get put in line for a table. And kept taking people in front of others. Finally, I got to put our name in for a table and said it was 30 min wait and wanted our number to text us and would call us out by name when we get a table too. Sat in front of the fireplace over an hour. Finally went up and asked, and she was confused? Said it be a minute. Sat back down and the manager saw us sitting there and asked if we had been helped. We told her they looked us up and said they had called us twice. I looked at the hostess and said no you did not !"" The manager realized that no one contacted us either and got us a table. The waitress who served us was friendly and took care of us. Womens Bathroom floor was sticky. Unfortunately, I won't be back.
Darren Ferrier: The wife and I stopped here Sunday the 7th, about 3:30 ,the hostess was very rude my wife asked her if she was having a bad day and she said yes I am no smile no hello no eye contact so we went to our table sat down and after ten minutes of waiting we didn't even see a waitress, so we got up and left ,worse service we've ever had and wasn't even busy.

Elizabeth Neal Koryciak: My sister and I ordered the 12oz ribeye, cooked to medium, warm pink center. The steaks were definitely not ribeyes, they were probably less than 1/2 inch thick, and cooked until dry and brown. They reminded me of a cheap cut of beef pounded with a mallet. So disappointing. I don’t send food back because I’ve heard what happens if you do. The wait person was great, and I don’t penalize wait staff for bad food. Expensive disappointment.

When asked how much longer I was given a response that she does not work in the kitchen but seen it was next to come out. When the food did come out, it was ok for some of our party but others had really soggy buns and did not eat their food. We were there over an hour before we got our half fresh food.
