Kaylyn Story: Lovely, quaint local zoo with some cool exotic animals. Peaceful wooded environment. Don't expect the Detroit Zoo, expect a calm atmosphere with neat, up close encounters. Easy to walk around, can go through & enjoy the park in a couple hours. Parakeet Exhibit closes at 5p even tho the zoo closes at 6p.

Elisa Johnston: The layout of this zoo is completely irresponsible and creates an everyday hell for the carnivorous animals. Bears and big cats able to see each other pacing back and forth each moment... Shame on these places that profit off the animals suffering. But yeah, "great place for the kids."

Tiffany Vallade: Super clean and child friendly. Animals all looked very well taken care of. Woman at the desk with the dog was very friendly and welcoming. It was nice to be able to add money on top of that same transaction and recieve quarters back for feedings. The paths was easy to navigate and the maintenance on the zoo was 10/10. They had wagons available to rent. There was also a small park with tables and a restroom. We would come back again.My only complaint is that the enclosures seemed extremely small but the facility itself was very clean, and the animals did seem taken care of.

Teresa Farley: This is now a disc golf course and is a lot of fun. Free parking off Nolen Drive to enter the park and parking lot. Fun, safe, and free. Nevermind the beauty of it as well.

Bj P: Took a group of seniors during Christmas. Went on the train with 3 wheelchairs and 2 with walkers and 2 ambulatory plus staff. We were greeted with warm, welcoming smiles. Even the young men physically raising the lift so those in wheelchairs and walkers could board the train made us feel welcome. Everyone enjoyed singing along with old Christmas favorites. The holiday displays were absolutely gorgeous.
