Melissa Wright: I have been a customer since 9/2020.My bill is due on the 3rd of each month, since I'm disability and that's when I get my check. From the 28th to the 3rd I get numerous calls daily saying my bill is due, I reply yes on the 3rd.My bill is paid up until May 3rd ,woke up today and there is a 80.00 charge on my bank account from Aaron's!This now has set all my other bills in the negative.I called the store, Melanie refunded the charge but failed to tell me it could take 3 to 5 business days . When I called back and explain the situation regarding my bank she says when when you get your statement bring it into me and I can submit it into corporate and then I spoke and said well how long is that going to be another 3 to 5 days or 30 days!!Extremely displeased I called corporate and spoke with corporate waiting for their phone call to call me back I did not give them approval to take money out of my account terrible business practice just terrible!!

Mary Green: I was asking the guy about what it would take to get estimates he then placed me on hold until the phone ring again another guy answered to ask who I was holding for I said I didn't know he told me to hold. Then he placed me on hold and it rang again and it was about 10 minutes all together that I was on hold to get told that he would do a rough estimate and email it to me which never happened. Very disappointing

Definitely will not recommend them anymore. Rude and disgusting behavior from employees like Melanie are why Aaron's will go out of business.
