Richard C: I bought a TV from there on 4/30 ,I picked it up and the staff there were very very helpful and happy ppl. Wich is hard to find these days ..either the ppl are helpful but far from happy or there super happy but far from helpful ..so to have both in an establishment was a breathe of fresh air especially after a long day ..and it was not just the gentleman helping me , it was the whole building. I mean you could feel the positive energy inside like I have not felt in awhile in a place of business . So thank you staff of ABC warehouse on Miller road ... But it does not end there .....I lost my phone from ABC warehouse to my home and since I did not get out anywhere in between and it did not fly out the window ( well not that I saw anyways 😁) so I tear my house up for 3 hours last night looking for it ...finally on 5/1 ( next day ) I come back to the land of joyous ppl and I walk in to the same atmosphere and asked how can I help you ?? (With a great big genuine smile and a contagious upbeat attitude ) I tell them the issue with the phone .......SO not only did they have my phone ....They Had it charged up to 100% !!so if your shopping for ANYTHING that you may be able to purchase from ABC warehouse ..I would give them my hard earned money before any other competitor that sells what they sell ....I give them a 150% out of 100 %ABC WAREHOUSE....THANK YOU SO MUCH ...THE LAND OF JOYOUS PPL....YOU WILL LEAVE WITH A SMILE....

Matt Garcia: I was in town to help some family get some new appliances for the house, and within a few mins we met Jerry ( one of the new salesmen there at the warehouse. )I had to hand it to the guy, no matter what questions we had about any appliances we looked at, he had an answer for us instantly!Jerry clearly had been doing this for sometime, and his level of professionalism was of the highest level! ( He couldn't have been no older that 30, yet he had the knowledge & patience of someone twice his age and experience!)My family has been shopping here for a few years and by far meeting and dealing with good ole Jerry there, was the most pleasant shopping experience we have had there so far! Kayeann Pingel: Beware that you are buying a used appliance that's briefly tested in front of you. Which means no one can really guarantee how long it will work for. I bought a gas dryer that's has a digital display for settings. This only has a 30 day warranty. I've already had one visit from the company to fix one problem. Just a few days past the warranty expiring, the dryer stopped working. Which is problem number 2.Now The timer jumps from 55 minutes down to 1 and then turns off, over and over preventing the clothes from drying. We have tore it apart and cleaned it well making no difference. Calling for help and they want more money to come look at it. They are nice people and this is a nice idea, but not reliable and we cannot afford to poor more money into a used half working appliance. Obviously there are reasons people sell off their "working" items. It might work for that 30-second test in the store but that doesn't mean anything for getting it home.

Miranda Anne: Bought a Washer a Couple Months ago. Got it home and the switch was broken. Let that go because it wasn’t that big of a deal, some pressure and I was able to turn the dial. But now, after only a couple months, the motor has went out! I overpaid in the first place, because I needed a washer asap. For it to be used, old, and had to clean it myself, along with a broken switch…just for it to go out a couple months later and lose out. Def learned my lesson, wish I would have read the reviews beforehand!! Just beware. $200 for a used washer, just isn’t worth it!

Tiffany Callis: We had bought a washer from a&s resale. We got it home we hooked it up to find out it don’t work. We called a&s resale told them it don’t work they refused to fix the issue or honor the refund policy. We tore the washer apart to see if we could fix the issue and discovered BLACK MOLD. We called up to a&s resale yet again and the only the did was come pick up the washer. No refund no replacement. The owner then proceeded to let us know he has our address and would come to our home where our child lives and cause harm. I definitely don’t recommend buying from a&s resale.

But the fact that they have very little to choose from that is pretty expensive and they're not even cleaned out well if at all was very unprofessional and kind of disgusting. Expensive resale appliances should at least be cleaned well.

ABOMB STREAMS: Shady business. They made me think I was going to get something decent, but ended up trying to give me junk. Wasn’t even the same as what was in the pictures. Don’t shop here.

Firstly, the falsely advertise their products, and when they fail to work they deny any responsibility and refuse to correct the problem.I would have left a better review if I felt that A&S upheld their end of the deal, that is if they sold working appliances or if they would have refunded me my money for the appliances that did not work.Management could do a better job in how they handle customer issues with products, if they did, they could easily have better long term clients. They value a dollar spent today over $100s spend in the near future.I wish management the best in running this store, however there are major changes needed for me to either return or recommend that anyone else patronize this business.

chadd measel: Ordered appliances with them last month 4/15/22, kept getting delays on order. Called them Monday and said the appliances would be delivered yesterday. Tried calling them all week to no avail. Got a call from another business today saying they filed for bankruptcy on Monday without a word from them. So I have to call my bank for a charge back and find a new company for appliances. What a scam!

KEH360: My father bought a new dishwasher from Thomas appliance. This horrible company sold him a $1000 new dishwasher and delivered a display model which was dirty and had loose parts. They never told him it was a display model. To make matters worse, they still have not refunded his money even though it has been returned for a month. AVOID this place at all cost. This company ripped off my elderly father on fixed income. Horrible.

April Sieh: My husband and I paid for a white side by side refrigerator on June 6, 2021. We were told by Ken Thomas that it was going to take a few months to receive it due to Covid and the computer chip problem. We were given a small refrigerator to use. We called Thomas Appliance every month for an update. At Christmas, Thomas Appliance found out that the model we paid for was discontinuing the white color we chose. I received an email invoice showing a completely different model that THEY chose for us. After some more months of waiting, we decided to accept any white side by side refrigerator. Ken Thomas gave us every possible excuse for why he couldn't give us a refrigerator until we told him that we were going to take our money somewhere else. Yesterday Thomas tried to deliver a refrigerator with dents on every side of it. I don't think it was even new. We refused to accept it and told Ken Thomas that if he can't deliver a NEW refrigerator by next Tuesday, we want a refund. I will post the outcome of this after next Tuesday. However I have absolutely no faith in Thomas Appliance doing the right thing.I would never EVER use Thomas Appliance again.

Erick Wertheimer: The worst experience and unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. I had an appointment set and took off work to be home for that appointment. Supposedly there one an only service guy did not show up for the appointment. No call no show, so the next day he calls and makes another appointment. Again a no call no show, with no apology or heads up from this company. I was told to take my business elsewhere. Horrible company!!!!!

John Hours: Have done business with Thomas Appliance for many years. Always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Pricing similar to big box stores, but you don’t have to worry about delivery, installation or service. Best in Genesee County!

Timothy Bertram: I have bought several appliances from this store, horrible customer service as of late. I bought NEW commercial expensive speed Queen washer and dryer, they have been nothing but problems breaking down alot. I bought them because they were under warranty for 5 yrs. Well, Thomas Appliance refuse to cover them because they say that no longer sell Speed Queen brand. So we had a repair man come out and try to fix them, they gave us a repair bill but they still do not work. I wish I could give less than one star. We have ordered several appliances in the past from them but they never came in as promised and there was always an excuse, no brackets, no hoses you name it.. We heard them all. We are DONE with buying from them. Oh and it smells like a nasty ashtray in the store, you will have to go home and take a shower because you will REEK like smoke when you leave. I need commercial stuff if anyone knows a better option let me know. I plan to never buy from them again, even though we are opening a new business and need all new appliances ASAP we are NOT using Thomas.

LaShunda Chapman: We purchased a professional Frigidaire refrigerator from Carls because we wanted to patronize a local business. A few months after having our fridge we began experiencing problems with fluctuations in the actual temperature inside the fridge. My husband purchased a thermometer to track the temp inside the fridge as all of food begin freezing. We contacted Carl who explained “we” had to do the legwork to get our unit serviced. Carl didn’t offer any assistance and stated they were not an authorized service department for the brand that they sold us. If you plan on purchasing from them please be sure they can service your unit before you’re out of thousands of dollars like we are.

Tammie Porter: I recently booked an appointment for service to repair my electric dryer. The appointment was scheduled for 9am. Day of my appointment Technician didn't arrive, nor did I receive a phone call as I was told when I booked my appointment. Reason I booked with Carl's Appliance because I know they do excellent work. My mother-n-law purchased a fridge from them that shortly stopped getting cold when she called Carl's Appliance about it a Technician was booked the same day. Not sure what happened in my case because I work remotely from home and my shift was due to start soon I ended up canceling my appointment at 9:10. I booked with a competitor that was able to fix my dryer the very next day. Please don't let my review in any way influence your decision when searching for Appliance repair services.
