Terry McKinch: Vehicle City has some knowledgable staff. I always am greeted as soon as I walk in the door. James behind the counter is more than helpful with parts and Donny is a wonderful salesman. The only issue I have is that it takes a long time to get parts, otherwise, I would leave 5 stars for a review. Are they the cheapest, no, but they will deal and they are quick to service you.

My advice, make the drive somewhere else you'll still save money and the staff might actually remember to call you when your parts come in.

David Gauthier: I have recently been looking at 2 dirt bikes one for my daughter and wife. Vehicle City's may have all the major brands but their sales staff is not educated on their product. I came to the store with minimal research and found out quickly that they could not answer my questions and that i actually knew more than they did.Then it came time to discus price they were over a $150 more on a $1500 motorcycle than my other quote i told this to Tommy and he went back and forth with his boss but would not budge on price. Their best response was your already here why not buy from us. I then left and took my business C&C in brighton.A few weeks later i was looking at another slightly larger bike. I was in the area stopped by talked to another sales man and found the same lack of knowledge. Got a Price that seemed high and told him i would be taking their price and comparing it with other dealers and was told that i would likely not find a better deal and that their setup cost and other fees were less than many others. He then said well if you do find a better price we could probably beat it. At which point i told him about my previous experience and said i didn't believe anything he just told me.I then went to Lapeer Honda at this point and found they staff to be knowledgeable and with their first price quote $450 cheaper than Vehicle city.I will not be going back to Vehicle City for any major purchases

Kevin Johnson: I purchased a (new) Kawasaki Voyager in June 2012, Sales Depart. was great!. The bike now has 24,000 miles on it, always serviced here with NO issues, Service Dept. and Service Mgr. Scott do a GREAT job!

Senior Chief: I have delt with this dealerships parts dept 4 different times over the past year and I will not go back ever. Dont be fooled even if you call ahead and ASK them to check the shelf to make sure they have the part and they state they do, when you show up after driving 100 miles the part wont be there and they want you to order it. One time after I called and then showed up I stood at the counter for 20 min alone before someone showed up and instead of asking if I need help they just fumbled around like they were doing something, then a persone walked in off the street and stood next to me and they had the gall to ask him if he needed help. Dont even think about asking for information about parts on line because they will not answer your message. There parts dept needs an overhall before I ever return. I will drive 100 miles out of my way to a dealer that takes care of the customers next time.

They also priced gouged the bike as they are hard to get. The msrp was 2600 and they wanted 3800 for the bike. I went to Ball equipment the next day and got the exact same bike for 3200. Just telling my story do what you will with it

Conor Tebbe took off the parts I needed from his own bike to give to me. Holly Power sports has excellent service and I will 100% recommend them for any service needed. Any problems in the future I have with my bike I will for sure go to them again for help.

Sam Crenshaw: looking at the review rating I thought not bad so I called to get an Idea of what it would cost to winterize my jet skies ,I told them what I had and he quoted a price of 110 to 150 . I dropped them off and he calls the next day and said it will cost me 450 each. when I asked why, he said that's what we charge . the most I have ever been charged was just under 250 .I didn't like the bate and switch so I took my jet skies elsewhere . I was charged 150 . Looking deeper into the reviews I notice that the positive rating was all sales not service . I do not recommend you take anything here for service even though the younger guys in the back were helpful and nice .1/23-2023 I only asked for the jet skies to be winterized , I did not ask for anything else to be done .when I brought them in I mentioned to the person writing it up that I had to repair 1 of the hulls and when they called me back he told me he could not repair it . the work has been done already by lakes motorsports for what they said it would cost 150.00

Evan S: Wish I had a decent experience with my purchase, but it has been quite the opposite so far. I looked for months, got quoted a price from the owner Pam in an e-mail. I drove an hour and a half only to find out that Zack would not honor that price and wanted a $1000 more than what I was quoted in that e-mail. I decided against buying that bike obviously But still bought a small one for my wife upon getting it home I realized half the screws weren’t tightened and/or secured at all plastics rattling etc. If your looking for a Kayo most likely anywhere else will give you a better experience. Only positive take away from the experience was the other employee Conner he was very nice and helpful. (Update, never heard from the dealership. They clearly only care about a sale and the level of customer service is the lowest I’ve ever experienced on a vehicle purchase. Dropping to 1 star, absolutely DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

They took the time to make sure I got what I needed and were friendly as well. Customer service goes a long way with me- especially these days. Highly recommended you visit them.
