IAA Flint: what do users think?
Gena Gremenok: Отличное место))
January Ramos: This auction has no regard for transportation from out of state. At 4:30 I was in the office and they said they couldn't give the car with 4 ladies inside working? They should be a little more flexible and it was my last pickup, God bless you
andriy modnyy: even for people there is no toilet
tsakula: Worst service. We got at location at 4:40 and they told us they will not turn on computer for us. This business needs new stuff! more responsible!
Bakar Kechkhuashvili: The worst, rude, lazy and unprofessional staff.
Jacob Strandberg: Had multiple calls and tows coming to pick up my vehicle. The check wasn't the right amount and said will send the rest through the mail. Go to cash check can't because numbers are ripped off now I have to drive 70miles to bring them the check for the money they said I would have upon pickup.
Chris Vineyard: I thought Copart’s customer service was the absolute worst possible. I was wrong. IAAI — somehow — is even worse.I operate a small used car dealership. Occasionally we buy previously salvaged vehicles, repair them, and resell. I always purchase these vehicles from Copart. Copart is generally a tough company to deal with so I gave their main competitor, IAAI, a shot to win my business. On my first “purchase,” IAAI destroyed any chance of me doing business with them again. On December 6, 2022, I was the high bidder on Stock #34852243 (2008 Chevy Cobalt) for $275.00. At the end of the auction, the website displayed that the seller was reviewing the high bid. I did not receive any notification, email, text, phone call, or any type of communication from IAAI that indicated the seller had accepted my bid.On December 19, 2022, I attempted to log into my IAAI account. The website alerted me that I was ineligible to bid and I owed a “renege fee” of over $1000.00 due to non-payment. I was confused - I’ve never purchased anything from IAAI. Well, turns out the seller of the $275 Cobalt had accepted my bid. I didn’t know it was accepted - IAAI never notified me that I owed them for this car. I’ve bought thousands of cars from various auctions over the years and am in good standing across the country. If I had been notified I won the auction, I happily would have paid for my $275 Cobalt - not incurred a colossal $1000+ fee for “reneging.”IAAI “customer service” has been nothing except an unhelpful and discourteous waste of my time. Immediately after learning my account was locked on December 19, I attempted to resolve this issue by calling the corporate “customer service” phone number. After being placed on hold several hours, I was informed that it was a “branch issue” and that I would need to contact “Zachary” at the Flint, Michigan, branch. It was near the end of the business day, so I decided to call the branch the next day on December 20, 2022. I reached an office clerk to whom I expressed my frustrations with this process and how it could have been resolved with a simple phone call. She was not in the least bit empathetic to my situation. She took my contact information and said Zachary would follow-up with me shortly. By December 29, 2022, I still had not heard back from Zachary or anyone at IAAI. On December 29, I called the Flint branch again and spoke to “Kathy.” She assured me that Zachary was busy and not ignoring me, but asked why I wanted to speak with him. I explained the situation and she replied “it’s the policy and there’s nothing that can be done” with an impudent tone. I told her I would still like to speak to Zachary and she simply told me it wouldn’t matter.IAAI’s policies are predatory and their customer service is beyond abysmal. I would have happily paid for my $275 Cobalt had I been notified that I had won the auction or that payment was due. An email reminder, simple phone call, text message, basically anything letting me know that a renege fee was being imposed would have been helpful. All of the other online-auction platforms that I have worked with notify you after you’ve won an auction. IAAI, on the other hand, hopes that you do not notice you’ve won so they can assess a ridiculous $1000+ fee and still re-sell the vehicle you “won” to another buyer. This is a crooked and predatory policy. When you attempt to reach someone at IAAI — even as a new customer — they avoid you. If you can talk to someone, they are rude and hide behind their predatory policies.I will not do any further business with IAAI unless this issue is resolved. Further, I will recommend to anyone that they avoid doing business with IAAI. IAAI takes advantage of their new customers. I am disappointed at the lack of response or attempt to resolve this issue from anyone at IAAI. While I would have enjoyed a business relationship with IAAI, I cannot spend my money with such a predatory company and would encourage others not to as well.
scott hevel: Great place
NA NA: They bought an old car from someone we know. It was sad to see that old car go, but the gave them a fair price. They were quick and held to agreements in place. They also paid a fair price to the owner.
Amer Younes: Zach is a terrible manager especially his lady workers are beyond rude and disrespectful except for one person who I emailed back and fourth besides that worst place to even deal w I will let everyone know about this alll
trey smith: They came on time and did a good job I was plz my Stock Id: 33848
Michigan Mobile Auto Repair LLC: I thought this was an auction, I understand a reserve however these cars have no reserve I won three vehicles today and I was told to negotiate with all three sellers.. I would understand one vehicle however that's three. Guess I'll take my business to copart... IAA has become a joke a lot of dealers are walking away from IAA won't even do business copart is where it's at.
E W (sobade): Every other location we have visited has been very helpful with our purchases. We needed air in our tires, I know they have the necessary equipment, but the staff at the location said they couldn't help us. I was a bit disappointed 😞. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and service was good.
Adelle: Maybe it is time to pave the area?
Jeremy Winterlee: Very poor service, Unprofessional staff. wait on the phone and in person.
Faras Maroge: I was happy with my purchase from these guys. Got my car running and I am hitting the streets with it. I couldn't afford a better ride but hey it is what it is. Plenty of people here buying cars who know what they are doing in this business. Other people always beat me in the auction for the cars I want! I need more cars to drive with around town. I dunno how to get better priced vehicles in this day and age. If you want to really make sure just go there and checkout the cars before buying. You will have to fix the cars or have a mechanic help you and this will vary. I had so many issues with my car but I fixed them all 1 by me and 3 by mechanic.
Roderick Veney: Big Truck Parking lot. People also professional.
EHE Auto Sales: bought a pt cruizer suppose to have good airbag. shipper drop it off and the airbag is blown. engine is making noise as well.called 3 times and finally today they said sold as is nothing they can do .biggest piece of wasted money ever .bought over 400 cars from iaai the last year and half.only other problen i had was with iaai in long island ny and i didn't buy a single car from them since then. i guess you don't need my buisness anymore . thank you
J.A YOUNIS: Very bad unprofessional staff
Bernard Jones: Great very pleasant people and very helpful
Thistledown Farm Retrievers: Friendly, helpful & fast! Thanks.

Copart - Flint: what do users think?
InteriorP Closure: Won a bid on a car with clean title and normal wear (no key) with 150k mileage how did they figured out the mileage without a key? The mileage on the engine is different than what experian autocheck says 180k. What I get is a car with engine problems; oil on spark plugs and with crancking sound. I believe the changed the engine. You need to have all eyes open when buying from this place!
Talmon Martin: Warning do NOT buy from this location cars will have loader damage and manager just shrugs and says nothing I can do about it !!!! WAKE UP COPART and ACCEPT RESPONSABILITY
Chad Bundy: The flint office tries very hard and are very good. sadly however the corporate entity behind the company leaves very much to be desired. They make any dealings an absolute headache. Even after going to the local yard where they helped me and were very nice then I would get an email from corporate with some sort of document change that even the yard was not aware of forcing me to jump through even more hoops. It has taken me over two weeks for simple document verification because they continue to want something done differently than previously stated often times contradicting previous emails and demands. Flint yard 10/10 . Corporate Copart .5/10
Joshua L: Slow, update on the rest. I asked for three things out of my van. I didnt ask for the chicken nucket trash and the happy meal toys. Thats a funny one. Also let your guy know he thinks he can just take someones sunglasses and get away with it. My wife got her glasses and they decided to keep mine, oakleys sunglasses. Im happy that they gave the key back. Not surprised i didnt get my oakleys back. Thats cool though no hard feelings right. Hope they enjoy them.. let them Know they were a gift from my wife. I know they found them. They made sure to give all the socks from the kids and the few shoes. Tell them try having seven girls. Thanks for your service again
Karly mccarrick: They work very slow. It has been a week since I have got into a wreck. No form of contact from them to let me know what’s going on.It’s sad to think im a full time college student, with a full time job, AND a part time job who is busy 7 days of the week and haven’t heard anything. I have been without a car, they picked up my car 3 days ago now and haven’t decided whether or not it’s totaled.
Omar Halabi: The manager is sad and petty. Don't go there.
Daniel Mark: SCAM!! You get a ridiculous 7 days to decide whether the membership $200-$400 is worth it or not, by the time you realize what a waste of money it is between paying for it and the first vehicle of interest (which was posted with false and misleading info) it's too late, you've thrown away your hard-earned money. STAW AWAY!!
june dunes: really rude and slow management.
Inntil Lyset: Their manager Mike is horrible and petty.
Tyrone Jordan: They are so faster then the one in Woodhaven
Seddeek: Very bad service they make everything hard
God Is mercy: The rudest customer service i see in my life , Also they are robing people with the fees, No good at all
Roderick Veney: Fast Friendly Service
Darren Ray: In & out within 5 minutes... great & friendly service!!
Jim Thomason: Expensive fees
Mike Stavale: The worst customer service
Jeremy Futrell: Excellent customer service
John: Great customer service, very sales friendly let you preview the item you looking to bid on no problem...great experience
Nathaniel Reczek: Great service, clean organized yard.
Precision Marine: Today on the 27th of January 2022 they loaded a truck as pictured for my driver to haul 3 states away. Got ugly with my driver after he asked them to please load the truck with the engine to the front, did not reload costing us $200 more to have a local tow company to come remove the truck from trailer and reload it correctly! Absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional. I will spend no more money with this location.Take this advice if your traveling from a distance with a trailer! They don’t care!!!

Manheim Flint: what do users think?
Marwan 1011: Picked up car quickly
Roderick Veney: Had a good experience here
Leanne Turner: People are pretty good here especially if you're a regular there they get to know you good. With us being a transport company we use them a lot for our loads.
810 Goodfella: Both enclosed and open carriers ship from here. My deal was direct through the carrier, this was the meeting location for pickup
Mark Carrillo: Love the walk its invigorating
GO auto: We bought a vehicle from this auction as no previous paint on and we figured after we received the vehicle the whole front end been painted
Mary Ann “ma38311” Smith: very nice, helpful staff!
Carflex Dealership: Megan and Eric are always the best to deal with .
Paul “'Doc'” Geerlings: No service to people picking up autos here!
Beth Bugg: Gentleman at the gate was great.
Roman C: This Manheim moved. I was very disappointed that they didn't even update their status on Google maps. Wasn't able to pick up the car before they closed and had to spend the night in the car.
Steve Snyder: Pleasant enough people when we call. It just seems like it takes extra effort just to purchase a car. Seems to be a struggle to have communication between departments, Specific issues with Ready Auto Transport pickup. Also auction supplying the title in a timely manner seems to be a challenge. I am sure glitches happen, but it is always a chore when I use Manheim auctions to supply my inventory needs.
Ed: They are not open at the indicated time causing delay
Jack DeFelice: just want to post a outright lie from baby face Spencer, (who would name there kid Spencer?) who works for Bridge Fleet LLC out of Davison Michigan. We needed a box truck for a client of ours whom buy all there company trucks from us but very important that the entrance to the box truck be 8ft tall and baby face lying Spencer said no doubt it is 8 ft tall. We purchased vehicle based on baby face lying Spencers word and spent$900 to drive it back to NJ. When we physically measured the door opening it was not even close. It measured 6.5. Lying baby face Spencer lied to sell a vehicle and then lied again about havind Deal Shield protection and would take the truck back. Complaining to manheim about the lie, manheim called lying baby face Spencer and he out right lied again saying he never talked to us prior to the sale. Just letting all ove and any other wholesale transactions not to trust Bridge Fleet LLC especially that lying baby face Spencer. He is not a straight guy. Don't trust him or the company he works for.
jeff romstadt: It's okay
Nigel Fox: Dealer only Auction. Friendly and effecient.
Robert S: Better places to go / easier to find your cars.
Alexis Mcclay: I love working here and driving the vehicles around for them to be looked at. You have to have your license to enter and bid, but it's a nice place and some of the cars here aren't worth the price, but others are to die for... figure of speech
STEPHEN ECKHARDT: Rude gate lady wasn't told about Canada vechs being released in 7 days so couldn't get vech aftdriving from Wisconsin
brian wolfe: Cars cars cars.......and trucks
Charles Paul: I do business there but I've never bought a car from there. I would buy one, they have a huge inventory and alot if nice vehicles. The only problem with that is you have to have a dealers license to bid on them. The building is very clean, bathrooms spotless, and parking lot is also kept clear and clean. Ample parking.
