Casey Bradley: Have been a loyal customer for multiple vehicles with both insurance and non-insurance repairs. Had insurance repair scheduled and asked to have some non-insured repairs done while they had the vehicle. Spoke on the phone about it prior to dropping and also on day after drop off. Was given price on the repairs. Asked if they needed a credit card for the out of pocket repairs and was told no since they had the car. I could pay for out of pocket at pick up. Not repaired when went for pickup and had the nerve to ask me about my vacation, which proved the conversation. GET EVERYTHING AND EVERY DETAIL IN TEXT! Jessica: NEVER, EVER, GO HERE! Absolutely awful service, terrible repair job, zero care or respect for their work. All I had was a very minor fender bender. Took them MONTHS to even start work on my car, and when they did, they didn't even bother to sweep off the dust from sanding and just painted OVER the sanding dust they left on it. My hood and front end didn't line up at all. Wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to fix the mistakes THEY made when repairing it. Caused me so much extra stress, time, and arguing. Worst auto repair place I've ever been to. Makes me want to cry. Greg, the owner, PAID for diagnosis -- bug on sensor, 1 in a million problem -- and OFFERED a loaner. This was far beyond anything claim would cover. These guys aren't just an auto body shop -- they will treat you like FAMILY. Greg went above and beyond anything expected. Val, Alex and the rest of the crew are professional, courteous and actually CARE about your vehicle. Greg could have told me "tough luck" but didn't. Quality workmanship but even better people. Don't waste your time on other shops -- go straight to Professional.

Conley’s was highly recommended to me by a friend, they had a loaner available and got me in immediately. Not only does my car look perfect on the outside now, it is absolutely spotless on the inside too! I was shocked! I haul around kids and dogs and our driveway is pure mud so the inside of my car was an absolute mess. I can’t recommend this business enough, if I could pick 10 stars, I would! GM glass (not Korean glass) with GM specifications was installed. Post installation tests were ran to ensure original vehicle safety was not compromised. Mike is outstanding. He did a lot of extras (added a clip to the wiper arm which was missing) washed the truck inside and out. And voided the $100 deductible. They definitely beat any auto glass shop out there. David Hoff: No Dents PDR was called after another PDR was unable to repair a dent in my Porsche Macan. The dent looked worse after the first repair. The collision shop quoted $1000 to remove rear bumper & paint vehicle. No Dents PDR did a beautiful repair for $150. This was a more difficult PDR because it had to be performed outside the vehicle due to a roll bar. I am so thankful I found this business. I did not want my vehicle painted.This PDR is the best in the area & very reasonable pricing.
