Annette Reynolds: Leaving work today one of my windshield wipers broke. My truck was snow covered and it was -15 with wind-chill and 35 mph winds and roads were horrible. I called Auto Zone on dort and Richfield and was told they were open till 7. I hurried to get there but was very careful because I the wind was awfully.I got there and the young man that was working went out in this horrible weather to put windshield wiper on. I know this is something they do, but his attitude and caring personality left a warming feeling to me( someone who needed a pick me up). There are many kind people in this world but he was exceptional. I didn't catch his name but it was Christmas eve about 640pm. I want to say Thank You, this meant a lot to me.

RaeLynn Musial: We were in the Meijer parking lot with our truck and camper headed north! Our camper with a flat tire 2 hours from home! Husband couldn’t get the spare off due to not having the correct deep well socket in order to remove the spare tire from the trailer! Called Auto Zone and Manager Marcus answered our call to “deliver” the part that we needed! He delivered it to us and waited to make sure my husband was good prior to leaving! He was our hero! AZ still has records of my transactions from 15 years ago.Awesome for lifetime warranty issues.Parts are parts really. All made by the cheapest manufacturer. They all compete in pricing. It's about the level of service you get from the business. This AZ has had some changes in staff but still has a couple knowledgeable guys.

Rocky Younglove: I went to AutoZone on Bristol Rd and told the guys I needed deep lug nuts for my truck and pointed to the truck he said okay here are the lugs you need come to find out he sold me shallow lug nuts for a car and now all my studs are bent because it left a gap between the rim and rotors I go back and told them I want new studs and lugs for no cost because of the workers mess up and would not do it so I would highly recommend not going to this store because they will let anyone work there with no knowledge of cars

Brian Nelson: Battery wouldn’t hold a charge arrogant counter guy insisted I need to start vehicle every three days and let run for a hour or use a solar charger in window. After questioning this he really become a jerk while I waited 45 min for a full charge and test to be completed it tested defective. I won’t patronize this store again do to the unprofessional manner of one employee.

If you want a great auto parts store to go to this is the one and I highly suggest asked for Ruben or Nolan. Salesman said he couldn’t find them. Wanted the gold, had to settle for the standard rotors. Asked if they could call Anthony, but apparently Anthony doesn’t have a phone. Unbelievable. I guess I will be using their competitors in the future. Thanks autozone.

One thing that I am really impressed with is that they have a parts pro who is deaf but I have communicated with him on more than one occasion and he is very knowledgeable and professional. Last time I was there I needed windshield wipers, I wrote it down, he got them and then went to my car and installed them for me without me asking. I thought that was awesome. Every other parts pro that works there is the same way. Very professional excellent place to go for all of your parts needs.

He changed her battery while we waited and joked as best he could in the cold. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Wish more customer service experiences were this easy.
