Cream of Jew: Ordered a $60 pair of shoes on July 1st, still haven’t received an update on the order. I’ve emailed and called with no response. I could have gotten the shoes from a big time retailer for cheaper but the one and only reason I decided to buy from this place is because it’s a small business, now (July 26th) I can’t find the shoes in stock anywhere else. I’m hoping wells fargo will let me dispute the transaction so I can get my money back. Extremely disappointed.

Adam Bozich: Awful company right now. No communication until through any of their listed contacts. They’re blaming this on covid short staffing but it’s just poorly run. Paid $60 for a pair of shoes that they didn’t even have in stock (but were listed available). After a few weeks, no update on the order and I’m questioning if I’ll ever receive a refund.

I spent almost 90 dollars on this jacket and they wont even answer there phone or give me information on when it will be arriving. I will no longer shop at this store.

Erica Young: I stopped in to check out the store on a beautiful sunny day in Flint where I was warmly greeted to this newer Jem of Flint .They offer a variety or gorgeous brightly colored apparel very high end beautiful prints for lady’s and fresh summery apparel for men and kids .I felt as though I was in a boutique in Florida .I recommend stopping in in having a look for yourself

I worked for Frank DeLorenzo at don Franco’s Salon, when it was in the Hyatt! Late 1980’s early 1990’s ish! Anyway this shop is fun and the people are wonderful. I had my 87 year old mom with me and they loved her and took the time to talk to her and I, even though they were busy. My mom bought me not 1 but 2 hats. The hats are great quality and I always am asked where it was purchased!! Props to #shift & #flint💞 I love how they’ve occupied that corner of the block. It’s a must stop at place while you’re in the area, so close to Farmers Market too🙌🏽

If I want high end products- be it clothing, jewelry, bags, etc.- this is where I go. For the quality you get, the pricing is affordable. What you find here, you will not find anywhere else in the area.

I basically stopped buying clothes from any other store and shop almost exclusively at Shift Flint for unique and trendy outfits you won’t see on anybody else. It is also the BEST place to buy gifts (accessories, home goods, novelty items) that are guaranteed to brighten the day of the lucky receiver. I’ll pick up cute items just to sock away for when I do need a gift to give because I know it won’t be there if I wait because everything is unique and they only stock a few of any item. The owners and staff are so fun and trendy and the vibe in the store is pure joy. Their Instagram page @shiftflint is also fun to follow to see the latest trends and fresh looks. The price point on their items are very reasonable. Awesome, high quality pieces at affordable cost. I highly recommend a fun girls night out in Downtown Flint to shop at Shift and then eat at one of the cool and trendy restaurants. If you are unable to check it out in person, their online store has everything too. Shift Flint is my go-to store. Love love LOVE SHIFT FLINT ❤️

Most of my recent purchases in the past couple of years has been from shift from fun long down vests (in hot pink and silver) to camouflage shirts and a gorgeous faux fur. I receive many compliments when I head out in my “shift” purchases. Also got great gifts for friends and family there. Just a fun place to shop. Multiple sizes from petite to 3X so really something for everyone! Great retail therapy!!
