They sent what seemed like poorly trained ?college students? that left after only about 4 hours on our 2750sqft house when on the phone they said it'd take nearly twice as long. As the days went by after that we found more and more things they didn't bother cleaning...simple things that scratching with a fingernail removed so obviously they didn't even try cleaning the surface.The worst was our hardwood floors that we had to clean on our own, the day before showings, because they rushed on that while trying to get out the door. They told us they were going to be done shortly after noon, and when leaving they said our house was the only place they were cleaning that day, so they either wanted to get off early or had no idea how to properly do a deep clean.Update: the business left a reply on here, claiming that our money was refunded, but that is definitely not the case.Service:Deep clean

Hillary Maurer: Very unhappy with my experience with Merry Maids. Not due to the cleaning, but due to the poor management. I was quoted a time of 9:15-9:30, as soon as they had finished their morning meeting with staff. However, I had to call since they didn't show up. At that point, the manager let me know that they had several members out due to COVID and that the week had been very busy. Well, I would have appreciated a phone call on Monday saying that they would have been late instead of me having to reach out. I got a further call stating that they wouldn't be here until approximately 11:30... three hours after my quoted time. When I spoke to the manager about my dissatisfaction, he simply asked, "What do you want me to do? I can't do anything about it now. I can cancel if you want." Well, canceling would have still charged me the entire service! This company is incredibly unprofessional, rude, and will not be receiving my service again. I would stay away if you want a punctual, communicative company to do business with.Service:Deep clean
