They also have a bunch of trash on the walk in front of the establishment. I'm sure it's been there all day and no one has cleaned it up.

ABDL TODDSKI: I drove from Lapeer to donate plasma as a referral from a friend. Filled out all the paperwork, waited to get called, waited some more, 40 mins later, I got called into a small cubical just to be told that bc of the severity of my heart condition and the heart medications I take, I couldn't donate plasma. Like, they couldn't have told me that over the phone when I mentioned that I have a heart condition in the first place. The lady said "we cant disclose that information over the phone" So, thanks for wasting my gas and time for nothing! A simple "yes" or "no" would have saved me a lot of time. DO NOT waste your time trying to donate plasma here if you have a heart condition OF ANY KIND. They will NOT accept you. But was told that it's okay to donate blood!?!?!?! Make that make sense?!?!?!

Kayla Smith: It's sad when the managers at this location claim they know nothing about the bonus texts that grifols donor hubs send out. Beware, you will think you are getting a bonus and the workers the whole time your donating will go along with it making you think as if your getting a bonus and then you'll get home and call your card and won't be on there. I called my card no bonus, so I call. Guy on the phone knew what I was talking about , told me five it 30 minutes I gotta have a Manager override it. I call the card after a hour still nothing. I call back they transfer me to a manager who claims there's nothing in the computer about any bonus. So I got jipped out of $100 for the bonus I was supposed to get today so I said I have a $25 bonus code and they wanted to argue with me about that. You would think the managers would know about the bonuses that there own hub offered. Very disappointed AGAIN.

David Kleinedler: In the beginning I was very satisfied and impressed w/ the knowledge professionalism and BEDSIDE MANNER , literally the last 3 or 4 visits, 1 word RUDE , I want to do more than right this complaint, I was upset last time and more this time , the employees in the back are excellent, polite and bed side manner is great , very important when you are dealing with blood and needles , even though it’s not divided like that employee wise but if the one female upfront happened to be the one in the donation room dealing w/ me I would not want her to , and would walk out like I did today , the importance of all this should not be overlooked by me and especially an employee, I work outside , it is cold outside, I am dressed for the outside and have a job just like the rude female you have upfront , it took me LITERALLY 30 maybe 40 SECONDS to take a shirt off so I can be inspected arm wise which is weird but I get it , last time I guess my blood pressure was too high has happened twice now but when I came back up after waiting the same employee asked me if I was relaxed now literally like I was in timeout or something being 52 years old not appreciated , and I told her I was relaxed when I walked in the door , I’ve never had and I mean never had high blood pressure and if u want I’ll provide proof , I doubt u do , but than I’m no doctor but in 10-15 minutes and than I don’t have high blood pressure , and the insinuation that I wasn’t relaxed or like in a way I was being told to calm down was just so insulting and 100% uncalled for , the smugness was pathetic, and this morning when I’m told I got to wait when it took me 30 seconds to remove a shirt I was so shocked I asked . I have to wait now , the look on her face said , your dam right you have to wait , facial expressions are evreything and I’ve gotten this smugness from this one b4 , I’ve talked to other branches , night and day with in simple terms , just professional, that brat at the branch I was at this morning may act professional but it shows boy does it show , do w/ this what you will but I walked out today asking myself is this really worth it. , when you gotta deal with such foolery , maybe the response from this will tell me evreything I need to know

Misty Winchester: BAIT & SWITCH WARNING The people are nice, the place is clean, but THEY DO NOT PAY AS ADVERTISED. Only my first 2 visits were accurate. The 3rd and 4th were 20% $hort, and the 5th was so little an amount that it wasn't even worth my time and gas to go, but I didn't know until after, so now it's too late. When you call, nobody answers, it just rings for 5 minutes and hangs up. It seemed like a good idea at the beginning, but I do not see myself going back. Feeling betrayed and disappointed. Then there's the whole creepiness factor of sitting there like a blood factory, just praying the Saline has no hidden ingredients. Basically, if you're desperate for cash, then it's ok for 2 visits, maybe 4. Anything after that is not worth your time. Also, plasma is where your Immunity lives, so doing this a lot can literally take away your ability to not get sick, and cause damage to your veins. Please be careful everyone! God Bless!

Also..took my plug off as thought go other arm..he didn't! He decided to turn the machine off without talking to me..I cried ! They don't care...I called my daughter as spoke with Delani...He told her that I didn't want to poke my other arm to get my blood back..whooa...he didn't ask me...he lied ! I can't believe it!!! Plus..I had to clean up my bloods all over my arm .... and now I'm deferred for 56 days because he didn't communicate with me.

Debbie Delarosa: All the staff have been very polite, never had a problem until last week, the blood pressure machine or whatever you call it, reading my blood pressure way to high, I can understand it might be a little high sometimes but it read 196/152 last Monday, and I felt just fine, so I went to Rite Aid do use there's it read 146/86 so I returned to plasma on Wednesday it read 164/100, today it read 199/114 there's no way I went to my docs at 11:30 today and it was 146/88 so i don't understand why it's so high at plasma

Jane Parker: Absolutely the WORST place I have ever been to!!! Go to literally ANY other donation center but here. They're all better than this laughing stock JOKE! They always had ambulances the few times I've come and the staff are extremely rude. Especially the lady with the braids and short girl with glasses in the front poking the fingers. They have terrible customer service. They're degrading and condescending and think that they run the show. Can't say much for management because they are NEVER around!!! Always in their "meetings". Obviously can't do their jobs properly.

Marcy Hutchins: I am a new donor and had donated three times already. I was in two weeks ago and spoke to the nurse because I pulled a flase positive test result. I did what I needed to do by signing the forms needed and have not heard back from them if their doctor approved me or not. It's so difficult to reach anyone by phone and they never call back when you leave a message. It's been two weeks, clinic is now closed after trying all week to reach them so now I have to wait until Tuesday. I've seen my doctor since them and have been cleared of any disease or infections yet cannot donate.

This place is very unprofessional and unpleasant to be at. Along with them giving me to a person who was still in training (who stuck me without a trainer present) and did not tell me they were in training till after I was stuck. I have been doing this for a while and have never been in that much pain getting stuck before. There are other safer places to donate to get the same amount of money.

Audrey Kovak: Friday was my first time donating. It was awful experience. To start they had 3 trainees that I noticed because every step of the way was a extra person learning each step. I finally make it to where they have to stick me. The trainer isn't even paying attention to the trainee to make sure she's doing everything right. Comes down to finding my vein (mind you they have some come before this process to make sure they can find good veins) can't find it (while there a nice bulging vein) doesn't feel comfortable poking. Trainer says fine I'll do it. Comes over marks it's with iodine two little circles as a indication that's were the vein is. Sticks me, misses she readjust barely gets it in there. Finishes taping it and on her way. Well I barely get through the first step, now it's time for me return. It's not working, the same girl that poked me from across the room says she needs a adjustment no one's paying attention, so this male trainee comes to readjust me. That didn't work so they had another person come and was going to restick me because they took my fuilds and couldn't return on the site because it was compromised. She says I don't know why they stuck you here there's a vein they could hit right next to it..I said I don't know either. She makes a the decision to not restick me and readjust for a return of iv funds and ends my donation. I start to notice hematoma while receiving my fuilds. I processed to raise my hand the male trainee comes over and I told him and showed him my site was leaking and getting bigger. He said your almost done with the cycle you will be fine as he stood there it kept getting worse so I said this is getting bigger.. then he say oh yeah your right im just gonna stop it none. I was re assured i was goning to get paid my full amount as I had to wait a half n hour to make sure i was go to drive. I can't go back for a few days because of the bruise on my arm and I was only paid 20 of the 100 that I was supoosed to get. How can I even donate with the incompetence that this place run on.I just called and left a voicemail for a Manger to reach out we will see.

liv c.: I don’t even know where to begin with this. I came in as a new patient last week and had a 10:30am appointment. When I got checked in, I was told the entire process would take about two hours. They then have you go sit in the waiting room. It was then two hours before I was even called out of the waiting room. If you’re a new patient they seem to ignore you and let everyone else go before you so it makes sense it takes so long. You’d think they wanted to get new people going as fast as they can. By 1:30pm I was finally just waiting for a doc evaluation. I had two nurses, one of which was *extremely* condescending. Acted like I was stupid because I didn’t understand the question she was asking me. She was also super condescending to the nurse that was in there training with her, so unprofessional. They will call other people before you and then get upset with you when you’re frustrated. I didn’t even end up donating thank goodness. Don’t plan on donating your first day if you go here, but I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this place. GO TO CSL INSTEAD. They are much more professional and not as rude as just about everyone that works at Biolife. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a business in the Flint area. I didn’t end up leaving the facility until 2:30pm. Thanks for absolutely nothing!

Celest Wolf: All of the staff is wonderful but Keisha is especially amazing. Everyone is professional and friendly, if you start feeling unwell they really go the extra mile to make you comfortable. Exceptionally clean compared to other places I’ve donated in the past and everyone is always happy. They just started a new records system so they have had some backups lately but they always are very apologetic about it and go the extra steps to make sure you come back the next day.

When i went back to to the one i go to on a reg, i was told i could come back on the 12th of feb and they would put my owed money on my account so i retuned in the 12 at 5pm to only be told i was not allowed back cause CSL Reported i came in on the 5th and the 7th which was a lie from TALECRIS which i have Proven this to the company. So im still waiting for my money like i said i was to have it on February 7 2022
