1suvgirl: My first time visiting this branch and I won’t be back. I like ELGA but not the branch on Corunna rd. The teller I had had an attitude. I don’t if she was in a bad mood but I didn’t like the way she acted with me. The line was long n it was busy. Someone had to come from the back to help out.

Kevin: If you are paranoid of loosing access to your account when needed, this is not the bank for you. I have had 3 different occasions where every branch in the area was down with no customer support and no solution. Very scary stuff.

Amber Bedard: Elga Credit Union is exceptional. Many locations to serve their members, live teller ATM, live chat feature on the app, mobile banking and the best point system to redeem for gift cards or other needs. Elga also has very low rates for overdraft and their team members are the very BEST. Also, I would like to point out that Elga really has my back! One time I did something very out of the ordinary and my card was very temporarily turned off. I immediately received a call or text I'm not sure which, but I was put on the phone with someone from Elga. I verified myself and while it could be seen as an inconvenience to some, it took literally under about 7 minutes from the time I was trying to use my card until I spoke to a rep and had it turned back on. That really made me feel good that my money is safe! I've NEVER had a financial institution do anything like that and I was glad they did! Especially since it was cleared up immediately. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Elga and I highly suggest them to everyone. Also, I like that because Elga is a credit union, members have a say in what goes on. Couldn't be happier, been with them for years!

My name is My name.: Out in California and Elga put a restriction on my card after I already put card travel notifications on my cards. Customer service is a joke can never reach anyone in the member center! I'll be seriously considering changing financial institutions when I return home.

Khaled Khirfan: Regret coming here always a wait, staff are nice, but since the ATMs seem to always be down or "technical errors" you end up having to come in. Ridiculous almost worth driving to the next closest one.
Laura ramirez: Went through the teller drive through. Shorted me $100. I triple counted and sent the money back. They agreed that they counted $100 short in the envelope after sending back, but said their count was right. They had a manager “watch” the teller recount her drawer and said it was correct. I had to leave $100 short. The manager never spoke to me, just said to leave my information, also never giving me anything to write it on. I went into the bank to speak face to face, the manager was on a call and would take 40 minutes. So I left and attempted to call back without success.Moral of this story, don’t go through their drive through as you cannot prove their negligence in properly counting money. Management couldn’t care less in their errors.Find another bank!!!
Church Secretary: I have been trying to get in touch with a person to answer a quick question and it's terrible how many options I had to listen to on the phone, how many numbers I tried calling, all to be hung up on by the Robo-machine! Very frustrating! Even trying to upload this comment was not working properly (maybe they are censoring the messages before allowing them to be posted).

J Zimmer: My elderly father, who has been completely deaf for the past 7 years was assisted graciously to make some adjustments to his accounts. We appreciate the genuine helpfulness we received!
PC Thomas: The workers at this branch are great but the management is lousy. They change daily from the lobby is open then closed, and now the entire branch is temporarily closed. If you are incapable of running this branch then close it down and save Chase customers time and frustration.
Brenda Crowl: Didn't have a banker available for transactions until another week. Poor management. Should have at least one person who's qualified in each branch, even if you need to wait until finished with previous customer. Poor customer service!!

Elizabeth Failing-Dill: I was just at this location for my place of employment getting change for our store. I was treated like I was a criminal. The drive thru teller, whom I didn't get her name, was horrible. Our store is located in Swartz Creek and they shut down the bank here to the regular customer base which has us driving to this location now. Since doing so I've never have been treated as poorly as today. I did inform my boss how awful this location was today. He has banked with Chase/Bank One for many years and has had many hiccups of late with this place!!! I'm thankful I don't back with Chase nor will I ever.....
