Brand new equipment in a gated lot that sits outside with no covering that won’t be sold. Snarky sales people who make it feel that they don’t want not need your business. Answer your questions with short answers and a snarky tone.

brianpav: I bought a new 2020 Ruckus from Lapeer Honda last spring. I took it back there 3 times for over heating and they refused to service it because they could not “reproduce” the issue. They had no interest investigating the issue and always sent me packing. I finally took it to Macomb Powersports where they actually took time to contact American Honda tech support. With very little effort, they learned it WAS a bad water pump. It’s been replaced and it did fix the issue. Don’t waste your time here. Thanks Macomb Powersports!!
