Robert Brown: I had a clam ice shanty that didn't have a door or vent windows. They did an amazing job sewing in zippers for a door and vent windows. They were fast at getting it done and ended up being alittle cheaper then what was first quoted.
Doug Robinson: After being promised, by a Lapeer boat canvas company, that my boat canvas could be completed by the end of the year and then being told it wasn't possible, I was in a jam to get a trailering cover made before a planned road trip with my boat. As a last attempt I stopped and talked to Joann, at J and K Canvas. She said that she would try to get me in. The next day she called, I took the boat in, and it was done in a couple of days. Thank you so much Joann and crew!

Loud Tuba: These guys did a great job on a custom cover for a 13 foot Boston Whaler cover. They asked lots of questions and took the time to explain what they were going to make. I had to make an appointment to get it in, but they are worth the wait. They even asked if I wanted the boat back because they were going to have it over the weekend. Customer service and product is outstanding!!!

Michael Lowell: I bought a pontoon cover from All Season Pontoon Covers. I had a couple questions before the sale and tried the online form. No reply. So I called, got their voicemail and left a message. No reply. I decided to purchase the cover anyway. Guess I should have paid attention to the warning. As when the cover didn't fit my boat I have been unable to reach anyone via phone or email. Now I'm stuck with a $500 cover that won't work on my boat. I don't care if they made the best cover in the world if they won't answer answer questions before the sale and won't stand by their product after the sale. They advertise a 5 year warranty. Good luck getting them to honor that. I warned them that I would start posting to social media and contact the better business bureau and their attorney general. Apparently they could care less.Avoid at all cost.

Ray Malaski: Steve was great to work with and the quality of workmanship is second to none. He did the sundeck for us and it turned out great!We are now going to do a complete interior upholstery, he removed it all just before winter and will install it come spring!I highly recommend working with Steve.

Ben: Great work. Was able to get a cover done for my boat a lot faster than the other shops in the area.
Matthew Beatty: My first experience should have told me all I needed to know to look elsewhere. The seamstress spent more time telling how hard it would be to do some sewing on my cover than I really needed to hear. Then she called me later to tell me the buckles She ordered wouldn’t work ( they did) then she sewed them on backwards and argued with me that I must be doing it wrong. It took me 4 trips there and back and over a month to get something I was promised in a week. Bill got involved and said he would refund my money for the inconvenience. I told him half the amount would suffice. After numerous calls and broken more broken promises I have given up on my refund. Finally, the canvas smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that I had to air it outside for a month. Beware of promises from this outfit and if customer service matters , look elsewhere .
Jill Zikewich: I don’t know about their repair skills. I couldn’t get past the jerk who answered the phone who was rude and condeascending to me.
Edward Manion: Got a great cover from Bill’s canvas for our 200 four winns horizon. Cover fit perfect and looks great. Better quality than the original cover. Was completed as promised. Thanks for the great job.
mike mohan: Bill and his crew refurbished my 2005 Harris Sunliner Pontoon. Bill listened to my needs and made suggestions on how to clean it up. The finished product looks like new and she runs like a charm. I would recommend Bills Custom work for seat covers and other refurbishing projects you may have. I won’t trust anyone else to continue to maintain my boat.

Christos Kaiafas: I stored my boat over the winter and when I picked it up in spring they had broke my windshield and ripped my boat cover. At that time he said he would take care of it but when it came time to pay he told me that he would not pay. He told me that if I wanted money form him I would have to take him to court for it.
