Andrew, however, did return my call after multiple attempts to the main office. Andrew was very pleasasnt.

I purchased the boat over email and phone calls because I was in Hawaii, so I never actually got to see the boat in person first. Jeff answered every question I had (a lot of questions) and provided me with a lot of pictures and even offered to take the shrink wrap off and take more. They even stored the boat for free for me for about 2 months until I was able to come back to the mainland!They were able to accommodate me picking up the boat at 7am (my schedule), Jeff showed me all around the boat and trailer, even though they were setting up for a boat show he stopped to finalize the deal we had already made! They even ensured I had new wheel bearings and brakes and good tires, as they knew I was towing it straight from his dealership to Georgia.I had absolutely zero issues towing the boat across the country. Finally 10 days after picking the boat up I was able to drop it in the water. It fired right up no problem and ran perfect! Took it on a 20 mile trip with the family and couldn’t have been happier!Jeff and his crew at Aqua Sports Marine are what buying a boat from a dealership should be like. It was way easier than buying from a private party, and everything looked and performed exactly as they advertised.I highly highly recommend this dealership!

George Costanzo: Can't say enough about Jeff Nichols and ASM. I bought two Malibus from another dealer and didn't buy an MB starting in 2012. Throughout that whole time, Jeff was awesome to me. Answered questions via email, gave me tips and points when my own dealer took weeks to get back to me. Now, two years later I am buying an MB from Jeff. And why? It was shipped at least a week early. It was ready to be picked up February 24. I picked it Saturday the 24.Pricing was less than 3 other places I checked. The experience was easy fast and done like Family.My trailer side rails were higher than the doors. They made me a couple of ramp so it sat higher so the doors would open.They answered all my Questions, even emails I sent on Sunday were answered promptly. The overall experience was unbelievable.Thanks Don and Chapman's Sport Center.

Albert Havers: I’ve been there several times for boat repairs. Most of my experiences have been good. I felt their prices have also been more than fair in regards to the repairs. I don’t know the mechanics name but he has done a great job and explained how I needed to tune the carbs on my older 2 stroke engine. A couple years ago I did have an axle seal replaced there and last year had a different marine shop replace the bearing on that side. They found that the wheel wouldn’t spin freely due to the hub nut being too tight (it would have had to have been from the grease seal repair). The guy at the parts counter who seems to be the one who answers the phone never seems like a happy camper. To his credit he’s VERY knowledgeable which is of great help.

Hugh Pobur: Skipper Buds , Lake Fenton and Cass Lake are very easy to work with. We purchased a new Barletta Pontoon boat at the boat show last winter in March. Boat was delivered in May had a few issues, only had to ask once to correct our issues and they were true to their word and got out to our boat very quickly, we lost ZERO time on the water and the service was perfect. Josh Millikin, sales mgr., Casey & Nick in Service were great and came through for us. Go to Skipper Buds they will take care of you!! 5 Stars, 10 if it was available for a rating!!!!!

Incorrect installation of accessories caused motor damage that they just kept putting off. Never fixed anything. They missed out from terrible service. Bought another boat and a lift but not from them.

brent kelley: Do not purchase a boat from skipper buds in Fenton. Have been waiting on the service department to replace a defective radio and speakers on my pontoon for three years. They don’t follow-up and I have been constantly calling to get the issue resolved.

Steven Tomaszewski: Waited in line respectfully to fuel up our boat for over 35 minutes. We had a boat in front of us waiting to dock their boat in their slip next to the tanks so we waited to ensure they could dock safely. By the time they finished fueling the boat in front of us and the family docked their boat we were turned away for fuel. I don’t mind being over charged for fuel, I get the environmental fees associated with this type of service. But clearly the antiquated methods of completing a transaction and having the young gas station attendants having to walk back to the building to charge people caused the back up and their inability to service all their customers. It took so long they said they closed—despite seeing us waiting in line for the extended period of time. Maybe they could invest in a WiFi based credit card system, step up into the modern age with as much as they charge.

Victor Molina: This place is a joke.. Stevie Wonder is better off looking at your boat than them.. My friends boat been in there for over 30 days and they still aint seen or touched it.. bad buisness, don’t recommend this place
