G: They were able to collect our money for boat storage and hauling but never picked the boat up which had been scheduled two months prior. After waiting all day because they won’t give a pick up time in advance at 4:00 pm we called to find out we r not even on the schedule…. How did the know to collect the balance due the previous Friday… now we get to waste another day waiting for them to pick it up.

Hugh Pobur: Skipper Buds , Lake Fenton and Cass Lake are very easy to work with. We purchased a new Barletta Pontoon boat at the boat show last winter in March. Boat was delivered in May had a few issues, only had to ask once to correct our issues and they were true to their word and got out to our boat very quickly, we lost ZERO time on the water and the service was perfect. Josh Millikin, sales mgr., Casey & Nick in Service were great and came through for us. Go to Skipper Buds they will take care of you!! 5 Stars, 10 if it was available for a rating!!!!!

Finally got it back, and they never even diagnosed the main reason I brought it in. I purchased my boat from them new, and wanted to keep it at the same dealer. Nope. I'll never go there, or purchase a thing from them again. If you value honesty and communication, don't bother with this place.

google rocks: I’ve never had such a bad experience spending $50,000.00 in my life. Everything was done wrong start to finish. Never followed up on anything they did wrong. Incorrect installation of accessories caused motor damage that they just kept putting off. Never fixed anything. They missed out from terrible service. Bought another boat and a lift but not from them.

brent kelley: Do not purchase a boat from skipper buds in Fenton. Have been waiting on the service department to replace a defective radio and speakers on my pontoon for three years. They don’t follow-up and I have been constantly calling to get the issue resolved.

Steven Tomaszewski: Waited in line respectfully to fuel up our boat for over 35 minutes. We had a boat in front of us waiting to dock their boat in their slip next to the tanks so we waited to ensure they could dock safely. By the time they finished fueling the boat in front of us and the family docked their boat we were turned away for fuel. I don’t mind being over charged for fuel, I get the environmental fees associated with this type of service. But clearly the antiquated methods of completing a transaction and having the young gas station attendants having to walk back to the building to charge people caused the back up and their inability to service all their customers. It took so long they said they closed—despite seeing us waiting in line for the extended period of time. Maybe they could invest in a WiFi based credit card system, step up into the modern age with as much as they charge.

Victor Molina: This place is a joke.. Stevie Wonder is better off looking at your boat than them.. My friends boat been in there for over 30 days and they still aint seen or touched it.. bad buisness, don’t recommend this place
