Tj: Absolutely hands down 10 stars the wife n husband team who run this place take sanitation and cleaning to the utmost attention. The place is immaculate they are over and above even when just showing you jewelry. The wife is funny and personable and put up with my whole family ( like 7 of us ) while my daughter was getting her nose piercing. Her husband, gentle extremely patient knowledgeable and explained EVERYTHING in a way we could understand and so we were totally comfortable with the process. Great experience.. My wife is planning her next tattoo as I write this. 100% recommendation for young and old alike.

Kathryn Saylor: This place is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I went there for a flash event which was advertised as walk in only beginning at noon. I was outside your door before the doors opened at noon. There were probably a dozen people in front of us. We put our names on the list and were told to wait in our cars which is totally understandable as this event was a great deal and there were a lot of people. We waited an hour and 45 minutes and then came in to see where we were in line as we were seeing people who came in after us leaving. The employee showed us the list and there were now five pages of names ahead of us which I don’t understand because we were there at noon. We were told they were taking names as early as 11 and it would be at least another two hours. My daughter was on the list right before me and got a call at about 445. She couldn’t go at that point but I still planned on going but I never got a call . I tried to call and sent them a message on fb about my experience. That was 2 weeks ago and no response.

Tracy Messinger: Made an appointment, put down a deposit. Appointment comes, I am on time. After 20+ minutes, I am told that they aren't going to honor my appointment. They then proceeded to blame me for booking with the shop, not directly with the artist (in an extremely condescending manner by another artist) and then was told multiple times that anyone could do it and lots of artist were available. I specifically booked an appointment because I saw the other artists work, was not impressed and prefer to go with a woman. They got me rescheduled a few days later. Again, I arrive on time and this time wait around 45 minutes. The owner then comes in and tells me that the artist is going to be a very long time, my tattoo isn't more important than the other person's (at no point did I suggest it was nor did I complain about the wait but it was obvious they wanted to leave as they were trying to close the cash register). Again they begin to tell me that they have other artists sitting around and they could just do it. Perhaps they should consider why everyone seems to book with one person while several other artists are just sitting around. I asked for a refund, as I find all of this incredibly unprofessional, and the owner gives ME attitude about it as if I should just allow them to push me into something I do not want. I should have stayed until the refund was processed because it's a couple hours later and no refund. I wasted time and gas and still no tattoos. Part of the reason I went there is because I wanted a female artist as male tattoo artist tend to be condescending and don't communicate properly (and that was still the case here).If you still want to go there, Jason was kind and professional with one of my kids (and to me the brief conversation I had with him while one of my times waiting). He also did a nice job with their art. I wanted some extremely fine lines and didn't feel he was right for me though.

Shae Polacek: I went to this establishment for their Friday the 13th flash sale.I can not believe what ended up on my body.We were the first two people in line, my partner went first and minimal issues with the tattoo; then I went and it was all about conversation, I felt, and I looked down and he had added stars that were not apart of the original design, and I personally do not want stars on me, they were illustrated as “twinkles and dots” I mentioned “why did you add stars they were suppose to be dots?!” And he immediately started making them dots! I have pokie little dots now that are half stars half dots. Secondly, I looked closer and the line work is so shaky and not connected in many areas(one he connected after me mentioning it). I started crying in the chair and he advised me “it was my tattoo and he’d make it how I wanted” I told him I wanted him to stop tattooing me and he continued making the stars into dots.
