Samantha Tamayo: Be careful with this company. They are very confused with accounts and have overcharged us over $100.00They are hard to get ahold of and when the older gentleman calls back, he is very rude.Go somewhere more professional and reliable.
Carol Bowles: Used them and they were not dependable, get bills and these were paid years ago. I call and get a funny busy signal. When I have reached them they say no one is there to speak with. I am spending a lot of time trying to get someone to tell them I don’t owe anything and maybe I should start charging for my time. Sad really because at one time they did have it all together.

Jade Mountain House: I wanted to switch water companies I asked the office to pre pay for my service. They took my information and didn't charge me in advance like I requested. Their "safe and courteous" driver demanded I pay in cash fire what I had asked to pay in advance using my debit card. He arrived before anyone was in the office. When I went in the house too get my information the driver took the one bottle of water her had taken out of the truck, put it back all the while cursing me about how I was treating him. I called the office and said I do not want you're service EVER. TWO WEEKS LATER THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE WATER I ORIGINALLY REQUESTED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEIR COSTUMERS DON'T MATTER TO THEM.
LaShawnda Woods: Don't use them......Started using this company April 2020. I have had 3 deliveries all with problems. When I call they can't answer simple questions like when, as what day are you coming with my delivery. Manager rude told me when I complained about not getting delivery that I should find another service. They have never delivered when schedule unreliable. Update the company refuses to give me back the deposit on water bottles. When I returned them the person at the business said they did not have the ability to return deposits.
erica wooten: I started to get water delivered at the end of February, 2020. I scheduled to come the week of March 6th. I still have not received my delivery yet. I am looking for another water delivery that is capable of delivering water on time.
Cortney Mcqueen: The best ! We've has a water cooler in our house for about a year and was buying the jugs at the grocery store and hauling them ourselves . Decided to call here . Best thing ever ! They're awesome! Thanks Crystal water !
Val Lounsbury: Was customer for long time (10 yrs or more). Moved to Arizona in October, 2017. Drivers where great. Business office however is a shambles, if they even have one. I turned in my 5 gallon bottles, 6 of them, for refund. Till this day, May 23, 2018,no refund after numerous calls. Hell they said "no record of me being customer" on one call. Every time I've called, someone will call you back. LIE, never received any. My advice, don't give bottle deposit, so when you leave, they don't owe you anything.Last time I called, was told they maybe going out a business. One way to get out of returning refunds.Remember BUYER BEWARE with this company.So sad and disgusted my relationship with them soured for under $50.00Next complaint I'm filing with BBB.Filed my complaint today, 5.23.18

Nick Oprisiu: Culligan does a pretty good job of keeping everything up to date except for when I very highly stressed I needed my Garden hose to remain hooked to my well so I could water my plants and my garden but they did not win they installed water softener I was told since we are renting they will fix the issue and hook my garden hose back up to the well so I can actually use my hose outside at no charge to me that will make a huge difference in my debilitating life then I will be able to squirt my plants with the garden hose instead of carrying several buckets of water that I had to import so as long as they hold good to their word and fix the issue I think they're a great company

Karol Scheitler: My water softener was not working. The salt was one big chunk. Also was not working right anyway not using enough salt. The technician fixed my block of salt and made it work so it uses the amount of salt it is supposed to. Cleaned up all the mess and was perfect. Would recommend them. That is where I purchased my softener years ago. Great job Culligan!
Janet Rauch: We depend on our water quality even more so than many people since we live in the city of Flint. We went through the Flint water crisis, being forced to to buy bottled drinking water for safe consumption. Culligan's services were familiar to us as we have family using them who are very pleased.We made an appointment to have a whole house filter installed as well as reverse osmosis filters. Their staff have always been friendly and helpful, the service people are on time and complete the job quickly and efficiently.Highly recommend Culligan Water!
Veronica Hoffa: They are prompt and do great service! They went above and beyond. When Covid was going around everywhere and my husband was dying they came in with masks and put in salt that I couldn't lift when they didn't have to. Kind and professional!
Rene Langston: I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied with Culligan. First, the driver tore up yard with truck and I fixed it although manager offered. I was unable to get salt because I was in hospital. Today I called to see if I could get some salt ordered and to my surprise was told I have to wait for next delivery. I complained and it’s supposed to be delivered. I felt like trash under their feet. I hope anyone deciding to get Culligan DON’T. Their customer service is horrible and you cannot get salt when you need it only when they say you can have. Also, I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and this is their “Thank you”.

Amanda Priemer: My vehicle was hit in a parking lot by an employee and we cannot get anyone to call back. Myself and my insurance agent have tried all of the extension and supervisors. Most don’t have voicemail set up and one guy left his cell number but he no longer works at the company. I hope the customer experience is better.
Scott Alverson: I worked there for 13 years. The union wouldn't support company wide seniority so I left. Great place to work though. I will miss my time there.
