Giving two stars because for some reason my assigned dr felt it was appropriate to discharge someone who was clearly not ready to leave really without warning and much of an explanation when I clearly expressed the program was helping. Now I feel completely hopeless and alone. Thanks.

Bam: This place did not do any good for me. The staff was incompetent it also took a long time for anything to get done most facilitys are willing to establish a connection between patient and clientel. as of which they did not do. This place deserves barely a star for effort. I also had them watch my belongings and they broke an expensive light in which they did not replace. I was not medicated for the few weeks that I was here. I dont recommend this.

h7717: The people were nice for the most part and kids were all treated fairly, but some of the helping doctors were very rude. I think they were trying a different approach to getting through to patients. (Which sounds good but rude is still rude.) Most cared for how you ate and felt. Some didn't at all they were just there to do their job. They were just too "Professional" for kids I feel.

She demands I STOP and show her the card I am already holding up for her as I walk in!!! yet never stops anyone else, even when they don't have their card out. Freakin weirds me out!!! (and no, I'm not exagerating).update, I was messaged to ask for Mgr next time, which I did (after being singled out and called yet over AGAIN) Mgr just tells me "yes, they'er supposed to make you show your card". uh, not my complaint!! duh. Good thing Sams has OTHER locations! wowTWO years later, Blanc & Saginaw great, Flint is still GRUMPY employees!
