Hisham Sibai: I had a leak in one of my tire so I stop to get it checked across the street from Bell tire a shop called Discount Tire, I was told they only service there tires, so I drive a cross the street to Bell tire the took the keys and had my vehicle checked in 5 min or less replaced the tire and I was out in less than 20 minutes great service great job I happy to drive back to my home town which’s 1:20 min away thank you Bob and crew , I will be back for your great service when I need it. That is called 5 stars service.

They were going to be open another 5hrs. It's 1st come 1st serve. And left work to drive 20 miles in a ice storm to get there and be told no sorry I have a guy going home in a hour, (hardly any cars there because of storm) and will only have 2 guys here for next 3 hrs. So we are kind of done for the day taking people.Big guy behind desk could care less. So unprofessional that we can't rely on good service no more. This is the new norm. They had no problem taking my $1,100 in June.Honor what you say on phone before you waste people's time Darrin.I'll take my business to another tire shop next set on my 6 cars.

Was told NO, we’re too busy. Went later to pick up tire and THEN was told to go back and get car and they would install it after I’m already there. Spent over $1000.00 there in the last two weeks.I WILL NOT be going back there. No one’s TOO BUSY to install one tire UNLESS they’ve ALREADY GOT YOUR MONEY!!!! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE ever encountered. Then, they want you to come back after they’ve seen your REVIEW.Never again. I’ll go out of my way before I get USED again.!!!

Nick Lang: I’m really not sure what benefit there is to having an appointment here. A few months ago I purchased a set of tires for my truck on their website and scheduled an appointment. It still took 3 hours for them to install them. Last week I purchased a set of tires for my son’s car and scheduled an appointment for this morning. I’ve been sitting here almost an hour and they haven’t even taken the car in.

Since they opened this location, I think I've gotten seven or eight sets of tires here over the years, plus a number of leaks fixed too.

Jason Lapham: They have always hooked me up on tires and been honest with me but my girlfriend brought her car there and they would not rotate her tires because they were "junk" but I had just got the car inspected the same week and they recommended rotation and said the tires are just fine. I bring there car there myself and he said the front two were in the green and the rears were in the yellow. Moral of the story, some of their employees will 100% take advantage of young women and take their money when its not needed or recommended.

michael stewart (StuDog): I'll tell you what, I've been doing business with Discount Tire for a long long time and the reason is that they absolutely know how to take care of a customer. Over the years they have always taken care of any of my tires that started leaking air or even going flat. They have never charged me 1¢ for doing it either. They even repaired a small tire that came off my roto tiller and again, did not charge me for the repair. In the last couple months a couple tires on my 2011 Ford Edge were losing air. They took the tires off the rims and smoothed out the edge of the rims that had corrosion build up over 11 years. I know when it's time for a set of new tires, I'll be heading to my Discount Tire, they also have low prices on their tires too. Keep up the great customer service guys, it really works!

Rell Rell's Journey: WORST PLACE TO EVER GET A TIRE. THEY LIE. THEY MAKE YOU WAIT HOURS. My tire went flat on Dort and Brandon’s was the closest place I could drive to without messing up my rim. I waited for two hours to get my tire put on. The guy who took my tire off was on his cell phone the entire time which is why he unnoticeably didn’t put my lug nuts on tight enough. I drove down Dort going 30 miles per hour to make sure it wouldn’t happen again and as soon as I pulled on my street that same tire went flat again. My brother took my tire off and said the lug nuts where very loose that he barely needed a 4way. Brandon’s tried to make it seem like it was my fault that my tire went flat. I told them to give me another tire or give my money back. My brother was up there for hours waiting for them to find me “another” tire (which was probably the same tire that they patched up). Let’s just say that tire became flat as soon as my brother put it on my car. They will also lie to you and say they don’t have your tire “used” and that you will have to buy the tire new. Take a man with you because they will try to play you if your a woman. 0 out of 10 will not recommend.

Jon T: Made an appointment 2 days in advance. Evening before said appointment I get a call saying they don't have them and can't meet the appointment time. What's the point of having a reservation. $940 sale lost.
Administrator Admin: i am starting to feel like this business is shady. I was overcharged for a tire and at this point I can almost guarantee is was on purpose.I run a property management company and am literally working 24/7. I had to miss 2 scheduled appointments because of work, which I understand can be frustrating for all parties involved. However, during the time that I wasn't able to get in during normal business hours, they shut down the free air machine that I was able to use at night to keep my air pumped up until I could get the service. At first, they just put a sign over it. But when they noticed that I was still using it, they double taped it and shut it down. I really wanted to say the timing of it all was just ironic.. until I got my tire fixed and the air machine magically started working again. I will not be going back to this Belle Tire any longer.
No Name: Was very impressed with everything. Came in for two flats on my work vehicle. they saw i had some other issues and were able to fix me up to get back on the road and set up an appointment down the road to fix my other issues. Kept me working with very minimal downtime at my job. Work was done fast and everyone was very friendly. Will come back for sure!!

This last time I was here I waited over45 minutes to get my vehicle which was sitting outside the whole time.Let's see if they even take the vehicle for a test drive. This is unbelievable this place. Words can't express how much a dispointment this is. .It's been an hour since I was told it would take 20 minutes

Imrul Kayes Shuvo: They are very reliable but the problem is that they always don’t care about urgency! You need an appointment even if that’s a small thing to do which maybe would take 5 minutes for them to fix. But if you’re there with an appointment, they solve your issue with care. The amount they charge was fair enough to me compared to others and they don’t make you wait for long. If it takes long, they will let you know beforehand when they can get it fixed so that you don’t have to wait unnecessarily. The guy at the front desk might not seem friendly to you sometimes but that was okay for me considering their services and the behaviour of the mechanics. They fixed my car with great care and I would recommend them.

Alvin Brown: Very very poor. Asked for a simple task to be done, which was to flush out the coolant. Set up an appointment earlier on the day to have service done. Waited for 2 1/2 hours and no one even checked on my vehicle. Should not take long to get a job done, especially when an appointment was made early on the morning for the purpose of being done.Then to offer an early service for the next day. That was the point of setting up an early appointment to begin with. Don't say your speedy if you can't do a simple task and there was not even many cars being serviced beforehand.

I found this tuffy through reading the reviews, so i called to get out ruching to take a look. I spoke with the manager Duane. He was very friendly and accommodating. I had the car towed there the next morning. Duane had the car diagnosed by lunch and fixed by the end of the day for alot less than he even quoted.He was very honest and helpful and i wouldhly recommend using this Tuffy location. Overall excellent customer service, pricing and work!
Joshua Rouleau: Stopped in as my brakes were making a grinding noise and Dwayne, even though it was late took 5 minutes to look. One of the bolts was missing on the passenger side rear calipers (all new less than two weeks) Thanks Dwayne!

Mitchell Ware: I received a $2200 estimate form them, and decided to get a second opinion. The second shop I took my vehicle gave me an estimate for the same price but completely different issues except for an o2 sensor (tuffy quoted me for 4, we only changed 1 o2 sensor). I decided to go with the other shop and have since put 1500 miles on my vehicle with no issues.

If don't have the time then at least also know they don't just do oil changes and tires.I first read all the bad reviews to see if it was like many of the dishonest, high price place that plaques our city or even had any knowledgeable people that worked there. I notice that almost all the bad reviews were done a year or more ago. I also learned that almost all or all the people that worked there a year or more don't work there any more ( the people that might of cause the bad reviews ).I am mechanically inclined to a point but don't have all the tools, the time and getting to the age I don't want to do it any more. If your anything like this or even don't have a clue what is needed then you need to make this place your number one stop, you won't be sorry!
