On The Move Coaches: what do users think?
Cortney Bennett: Jessica drove our cancelled Amtrak train/alternative transportation bus from Ann Arbor to Chicago and was such a pure delight! Whatever her wages, PAY THIS AWESOME WOMAN MORE SHE DESERVES A RAISE.She was the friendliest and most protective driver I’ve ever had the pleasure of riding with. Our bus with her was the straight shot from AA to Chi with the other bus making all the smaller, original stops in between (which was also late, tsk, Jessica was the first bus I can remember in a minute that was promptly waiting when I showed up 20 minutes early from departure time). She said they (Amtrak? not entirely sure) tried to get her to pick up the folks in Kzoo, but she deferred them to the other bus that wasn’t the Chicago express (I made that name up for ours). As someone who has been on the short end of that stick and put on the bus with all those stops, I was sooo happy to be on the nonstop bus and tremendously appreciated her insistence on keeping us a nonstop route. She also was soooo friendly, beyond any other driver I’ve ever had. It felt like I was riding with a good friend instead of a grumpy driver. She asked us about our comfort levels with the heat and let us know how to adjust our temps/fans, provided several very helpful updates about our ETA so we could properly time pickup rides at Union Station, and in general provided lovely conversation. It was great momma bear/best friend energy. I cannot express enough how amazing and positive this ride was. Jessica, you are the ish!!! Thank you for a safe, quick, and fun road trip.
Nicole Massoud: Kind, efficient, and professional bus driver
Emiliano Davalos: We were zooming in that bus. It was a bit uncomfortable to find a good sleeping spot but amicable bus driver and atmosphere. Overall really good considering we beat the Amtrak time by 1 hour and 30.
Sandra Nehring: That… that was the best bus ride of my life. Our awesome driver took us from Ann Arbor to Chicago in no time. Great atmosphere, comfortable ride- I’m really glad Amtrak canceled the scheduled train and I got to ride with On The Move Coaches 😉
JoAnn Smith: Would give zero stars if possible. Supposed to shuttle wedding guests to the wedding at two specific times. Well, if you didn't make the first time, YOU DIDN'T GET TO SEE THE WEDDING AND HAD TO FIND YOUR OWN WAY THERE. This, for the grandmother of the bride. Call the business - no response, only get a recording.
Jerome Kevin: The bus was in complete disrepair, every window appears to be loose and allowed for airflow. The windshield was spider webbed from multiple impacts which could without a doubt impair drivers vision. When we got on the bus it smelled like a festival porta-john. Your bus #3388 needs to be taken off the road immediately. If anyone reads this do not hire this company. Their drivers are unsafe and their equipment is sub-par.
Dawnetta Tipton: On The Move provides Great Reliable Transportation
V S: NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! The bus was unsafe, and ultimately inoperable. What is lower than 1 star? I'd rate this company on a scale of 1-5, a MINUS 5. 1. Once the bus arrived to pick up the passengers to take us to an event about 90 miles away (late) and driver got out and shut the door, he could NOT REOPEN THE DOORS to board the bus. Leaving 1 1/2 hours late, we were able to board the bus after he borrowed a ladder from us, climbed to the top and entered the bus through the EMERGENCY hatch, and opened the passenger door for boarding. 2. On the way from our event back to the city we came from, the bus simply STOPPED! We pulled over for the driver to start it. FIVE of the times we stopped we were on the INTERSTATE highway!!! Ultimately we left the interstate, pulled into a lot, and the company called another locally owned company to transport the passengers back to our point of origin. We sat on a bus that had NO HEAT (it had started to snow again), and the heater was spewing out cold air! The interior registered 54 degrees. Two sets of travelers called other people to pick them up: a man and a child, and a group of 3 senior citizens. They could not wait to see if another bus would show up before dark, considering the snow and the cold. Recommendation: FIND ANOTHER WAY TO TRAVEL TO YOUR DISTINATION!!!
Timothy Loehr: I drive semi, today on the Mackinac Bridge I was passed by one of your buses. Dangerous! Lots of signs saying trucks & buses NO PASSING and right lane only. Also was under a high wind warning. Again big signs saying 20MPH. You should consider hiring professional drivers!
alex dyer: Good business deals friendly staff clean fleet
Nichole Prior: This company is a joke. Went on a bus trip to Alabama with girl scout troops and chaperones and when the bus began to breakdown the owner of the company refused to handle the situation. He told his driver to ignore the dash lights, ignore the black smoke and ignore the shaking bus that couldn't drive over 34 mph. He not only put my life in danger but 17 12 year old girl scouts, as well as his own employee. We had to call the police in order to get a different bus, and then the bus didn't come for 7 hours. The police had to escort us to a nearby hotel because we were broke down at a gas station. Most untrustworthy company I've ever used. Absolutely disgusting.
Barbara Manatee: I wouldn't even give them 1 star. The owner completely disregarded safety concerns and ignored the fact that there was no transmission fluid. He directed the driver to keep going and ignore the problem. The bus had ZERO transmission fluid and he still said not to worry or put fluids in.
Paul Schroll: Our large group chartered 3 buses; only one was trouble free. One bus had a broken air conditioner which resulted in temps in the mid-80's for most of our approx 10 hour round trip ride. It would have been dangerous for seniors. The other bus had a septic issue and smelled strongly of urine. Guess we were better off sweating and uncomfortable. The drivers were great- friendly and did what they could to help, but it was still a serious problem. Especially aggravating and poor business was they knew there was something wrong with the a/c issue bus but sent it out anyway. Not impressive.
Jody Purdy: Never ever again!!!! This company is a rip off!
Casey Purdy: I had my sister's surprise 40th birthday party on March 31st, 2019. We got the 55 passenger bus and the lady that I talked to said that it would be $750.00 plus a 20% for a tip which was fine with me. But then when they called 3 days before they said that I owed more money because it was 1000 which in my contract it it specifically said $750.00 was owed. I called and and talked to the owner and he proceeded to say that he was not going to honer the contract. And in my opinion he did not care or honor the contract that he put in place. Also, we had a bathroom in the bus but after 2 people used it, it would not flush. So not only did he not honor the contract he gave is a bus with a broken restroom. He has never called to apologize about this or give me any money back because of the bathroom not working. I have the original contract and this owner refused to honor it. I will never use this company and I know that the people also on the bus was very upset and will never use this bus company again. I feel that this owner does some very shady stuff. A contract is supposed to be a binding contract and he was rude to me and pretty much said "he did not care". I feel we should have some money back because of the bathroom not working with 37 people on bis. If this how you run your business then maybe you should get out of this business because you have no customer service or know how to talk to people. This was your mistake and you failed to honor the contract. Also, calling 3 days before the surprise party he knew there would be no time to get another bus.I know that my family and friends will never use this company again because they are very unprofessional and will not honor their contracts.I have never been contacted with at least an apologize on their behalf.Casey Purdy
Brian Johnson: Great place to charter a bus loved it
jessica matney: Very up and comming bus company. Yes, i work there, no i am not being biased. This company is working hard to make changes to suit it's customers needs best!
Matai Swain: Excelllent service for my birthday party
SONOFA ALMIGHTY: Yup
M Kowalewsky: Do not use! My family and I were passengers on a On The Move coach for a one day outing in Nov 2017. We had an unsafe experience. The rain was pouring in the ceiling in various spots getting seats, people and the floor wet. The defrost was not working very well so the driver couldn't see that much and had to have a passenger wipe down the glass every so often. The temperatures in the bus fluctuated and wasn't comfortable. Only some of the lights worked above our seats. Overall, a very unsafe, inhospitable, unprofessional ride.
John Henry: On the Move has done a few trips for Route 23 Tours. Their drivers were very professional and the buses were nice too. I look forward to working with them on future trips.

Greyhound: Bus Station: what do users think?
Melissa Hendricks: It was very relaxing and it was half the price of what it cost, it would cost to drive down there. Thank you very much.
Kimberly K ing: Nice clean bus station
Ryan Rogers: It was Better than Expected
Corliss Chappell: Small stop. No places to eat all vendor machines. 2 stars the men's room was clean
Jerremiah McElwee: It's good way to travel
Stephanie Swtchks: 12/2022: Anyone traveling Greyhound note it is now Indian Trails. Also note to bring food and water with you. Stations are uncomfortable. Many stations are just benches or metal seats. Flint, MI to Knoxville, TN, only the Flint location had a vending machine. Stops average 10 minutes and you will be left behind. Buy food/drink at truck stops like Loves. They have prepared goodies and fast lines. Fast food places cannot handle the rush of a bus. Many people did not get their food and had to pick between getting left behind or not getting the food they had purchased. The buses are comfy with wifi, plugs, bathroom, etc. The layover stations are severely lacking. No plugs, no wifi, one vending machine if you are fortunate. Sitting on a metal bench for six hours (midnight to 5:45 am) without so much as a vending machine and no open restaurants was less than a joy. Also, pray the idiot in front of you does not max recline on the bus. If he does, plan on sitting sideways in your seat. Poor visualization of fellow passengers on the bus adds to a sense of privacy.
Paris Pope: I give it no stars ten times
Mary Dionisi (Me Mary D-n-mini Me): Was passing through... Was nice and clean..
Michael Milton: Detroit Greyhound bus station was so clean. Very good.
John mann: It's been amazing ☺️🤩
Douglas Coone: Had to drop friend off to get ticket. Guard was very helpful and friendky. Clerk likewise.
Lillian Vargas: Clean place and friendly service
Carol Anderson: The Cota/ Greyhound Bus station in Columbus, Ohio is horrible. It is nothing more than a huge indoor parking garage with no air circulation that is hot hot hot! They have no public restrooms except for porta potties. I can't imagine traveling to Columbus and being stranded in extreme heat or cold for hours waiting on their next bus... I felt so sorry for the people who had to wait and transfer to their next bus... I must say that all of the people who work there and the bus drivers are awesome and look out for all of the passengers. I don't know how Columbus, Ohio considers that this newer bus depot is an improvement from having indoor temp. control and public restrooms.
amber reed: Amatrak very unorganized
Crispy Tha Black: Just your typical Greyhound station. Bus is either late or early, never on time (when are they ever? Seriously!) Homeless dude sleep over here, woman yelling over there, someone coughing to my left, another sneezing to my right. Restrooms I don't even want to step into, but do anyway out of necessity and convenience. I hope you make it out of the jungle without catching anything...or anything catching you.Update: Still pretty much the same. A few more vending machines.
Monique Bowens: They don't care about peoples time and they can be pretty rude.
Ryan Yeider: It's ok
Tammy Allen: Indian Trails Transit Bus Lines bought some of the Greyhound Buses & Terminals. What I heard & found out & know. Some of the Michigan Buses & Routes & Terminals are at & in Flint, & Detroit & in other Michigan Cities. Indian Trails is Michigan's Biggest & Largest Private / Family Owned Business which it's Home Head Quarters is in Owosso, Michigan. And this Indian Trails Bus Company " is Co- Owned by 5 Sisters. So, it is a True Family Business & Owned by Women. That's very Awesome News. And Great .Indian Trails has their Main Office in Owosso. But, have other Hub Offices in the City of Romulus which is in Metro Detroit & their other Office is in Kalamazoo, Michigan. One Interesting Tidbit of Info to know is in 1910 Indian Trails was Formed & Started in 1910 by Cora & Wayne Taylor from Owosso, Michigan. And they grew & gree into one Huge , Successful Public Bus Transit Bus Line Company. One Place that I read says that Indian Trails has about " 81 Indian Trails Buses. " One great thing is Indian Trails Bus Company is Michigan Made..Support Local. Travel Local if you can. And when you can. And Buy Local Indian Trail Bus Tickets if You Can. When You Can. Travel Near or Far. Indian Trails is there for You. I give them 5 Stars .
Kathleen Martin: I just visited here today after not coming during the worst Covid times. Staff was very helpful and pleasant, restrooms were clean and stocked. Security person was very friendly. I had only positive experiences here today.
Andrea Minton: Very clean, service people are helpful. Nice place. Information on all transits displayed.
Jenna L: The buses have been on time, and like the ticket states arrive a little early. My boyfriend takes the trip from Detroit to Flint and Flint to Detroit. For $14 with gas prices you can’t beat it.
