Donella Wright: I ordered online for 12 noon pick up. There was two people ahead of me then there was a long line forming in the restaurant. The young African American lady was taking care each line but alternating but it became my turn I was skipped over twice and I address her she didn't answer my question then back to the little window with my order like I bothering her no thank you have a good day or anything but others before was greeted in that manner. My wrap burnt and soggy as well!!!! No a happy customer by far!!!

Kaitlyn: I’ve been going to Hoffman’s since this location opened and I’m really bummed that the quality just isn’t there anymore. I used to LOVE Hoffman’s sandwiches, but the last few times I’ve been, the sandwiches keep getting smaller and smaller..yet, I can’t say the same thing about the price. I also noticed this time that the bread is different and the sourdough just looks and tastes like toasted white sandwich bread..well not toasted, because my food was soggy when I got it home and my order was incorrect. Overall just disappointed in the lack of quality. Please do better and make your sandwiches the way you used to. Edit: I called and told someone (didn’t get name) my issue and they put me in the books to order a new sandwich to replace this one, so thank you for that! I really appreciate it. Hopefully it turns out better.

Kayeann Pingel: They refuse to give you prices. All they do is give you attitude for asking. So rude. And just stupid. Price your bundles. That's the point in bundling to save money. Every other meat market provides prices. Stupid. I won't ever go back.

Jeremy Rynca: The staff here is not very welcoming. The guy behind the counter seemed frustrated when I asked about bundle prices since they weren't marked (it's the price per item in the cooler - no bundle discounts). Then he seemed frustrated that I was looking at all the meat they offered. The grey bacon was in the case didn't look appealing, so I passed on that. It seems like I was being watched like a hawk when I came in here.I ended up purchasing a 6 pound box of breakfast sausage and 5 pounds of ground round. I should have checked the price tag - they charged me 50 cents more per pound and called it chuck instead of round. Ugh!

The butcher is always working and visible behind a large window which is interesting to see and he is willing to provide custom cuts if requested. They also have a great selection of other food items like salads, vegetables and breads among other things. If your in the area and want some quality ingredients for dinner this is your place!

Tyler Esmacher: Called for 15 minutes straight to order sandwiches. Number goes straight to voicemail which is full. Go up there to order sandwiches and was told they aren’t making them today because they’re too busy. That’s fine, totally understand, my issue is that this is the 4th time in 2 months I have tried to order sandwiches from them and 3/4 times I have been told they aren’t making them today. If you can’t answer your phone then you need to be updating your PUBLIC WEBSITE OR SOCIAL MEDIA to inform your customers when your sandwiches will be available to order. ESPECIALLY since there is NO consistency on when you can actually buy food that you’re advertising as available every DAY. Figure it out or stop advertising a service that you can’t provide!
Nicki Tuttle: I've been coming here for years. Over the past several months I've been very disappointed with selections offered in the deli case, the produce I've gotten looks and tastes like it should be on the clearance rack. I commented today about how sad I am that the only gluten-free options they have are salads and old produce. The response I got from the cashier is we don't have the room for gluten-free things, if you want that you should go to a big store. I was astonished I couldn't believe she told me to go to another store. Sadly I'm taking her advice and from here on out I will shop elsewhere.
Kelly Olson: Very disappointed in the “fresh” turkey I ordered for Thanksgiving. I called Colony several weeks ago and asked if they would have fresh turkeys this year. The response was “absolutely”! The turkey I picked up was anything but fresh …frozen solid and injected with a mysterious preservative filled solution. Definitely not FRESH and not what as I was expecting.

Frank Zitox: I absolutely love this place! I had to start with that. Today I had some of their ribs, they left the membrane on the under side of the ribs. Personally I do not like this, ribs are much better when it's removed. I would love to see them correct this.
