Mariah Gorman: If you live in Flint it’s only $10 for the river trip. They provide the kayaks, paddles, life jackets, and shuttle you back. They even put the kayaks into the water and help you get in! It’s the best deal in town. Cheaper than a movie date! If you aren’t a Flint resident, it’s still only $25. And when you get back, stop into Tenacity Brewing for a drink and amazing tacos and nachos. The river course is very cool. It’s concrete/city for about the first half and beautifully wooded for the second. We saw a bald eagle, several blue herons, and lots of turtles.

Lola Phillips: Was looking for a good place to kayaking and finally found a perfect place. It's beautiful there water so nice and seeing all the beautiful homes. We did two hours and will bring family here again and spend whole day next time. People there were very nice. Only thing is it's easy to miss the entrance I suggest watch for the book store it's the driveway next to it.

Shannon McGee: Such a pretty river, quiet and peaceful with tons of nature. We saw fish, heron, a bald eagle, a hawk, all sorts of smaller birds (including a baltimore oriole pair!) as well as deer, and muskrat! Would 100% come again.
