Ashlee Tocco: Don't do it. Buy off the street. This is your warning. Their cars are not properly inspected and they will push it off until the warranty expires or not actually cover anything for the warranty. Then your forced to pay for it. Plus their repair shop doesn't know how to repair a car properly or quickly.

The next day the wheel fell off the car even though there was “nothing” wrong with it. Sold me a vehicle with 4 bad tires that causes the vehicle to shake uncontrollably. Been calling about that since the day I got the vehicle. So when you’re ready to replace all of my tires since they were bad before I purchased the vehicle let me know. Also your hand written amendment to your warranty is not valid.

Nicole Olkowski: I had an awesome experience with OMF. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had to drive back & forth to the office (which is not in the safest area) a few times. I feel like this is 100% something that could’ve been done completely remote. This would’ve been the perfect experience if I did not have to take a day off work to go into the OMF office to deal with the paperwork and sit in there for almost 3 hrs. Hopefully the powers that be will decide to make this a completely remote process or move the office eventually to a safer location!
